Re: dead air mask 22
Hands down the BEST .22 can I've ever owned, and I've had 4 .22 cans and this guy is the KING! Its SUPER quiet, easy to clean and take apart, and also has very little, if any first round pop, especially when using a medium like ultra sound gel. When shooting out of a pistol, you don't have to use su...

Re: WTS: SUBSONIC .223 Remington-55g FMJ
My favorite is made by Aguila and it's called (SSS) Super Sniper SUBSONIC. You get the same ballistics, actually better from the Agualia, and get 50rds for less the 6 bucks, instead of $1-2 per shot. A subsonic of .223 is just a .22lr, so just get the biggest .22lt that's subsonic and you come out a...

Re: good 300 blk sub ammo
A-max made by freedommuntions.com makes super great quiet stuff. I have used it through my SilencerCo Omega and it's like MP5SD quiet. Also Detroit Ammo Co. Makes MANY MANY different types of ammo. Look around and het a few boxes from like 5 or 6 places find your favorite and stick with it.

Alabama Ammo Special K
When I first got my very first 9mm can I bought a case of Special K from Alabama ammo and ever since then I have wished that I bought 10 cases because I don't find it anywhere. Did they go out of business or stop making it? This stuff was THE BEST at rhe time. Does anyone knows anything about the hi...

Re: Carbon deposits on suppressor baffles
Mine are very different depending on the ammunition I use the brand, the weight of ammunition, subsonic versus non subsonic, it is all very different in terms of where the carbon buildup is. What I have found that works best is at the end of your shooting day find some very hot loads and shoot them ...

Re: Heavier Buffer Than an H3?
If you want a heavier buffer use a 9mm buffer. But there is a guy who does custom buffers and will make them even heavier and will slow down the cyclic rate. One of the best places to find heavy buffer weights are: http://heavybuffers.com/index.html Here are a few places that give good information. ...

Re: Where to engrave 10/22 ZK-22 SBR?
Per ATF rules you may engrave anywhere on the receiver even underneath where it's not showing as long as you can get to it without using tools. So if you can unscrew a cap with your fingers and it's permanently on a place on the receiver you may engrave there, so it doesn't show or make more writing...

Re: Anyone suppress an M60?
Yes I did it at a machine gun shoot with a silencerco Omega. It worked just fine but damn that thing glowed so much you could see the individual baffles through the outside of the can. After allowing the silencer too cool and shooting it the next week there was no damage to the can and the can suppr...

Re: SBR Transfer advice
This is fairly normal. Another thing you can do is take possession of all of the parts except the receiver. People do this to make sure that the person selling you the SBR doesn't shoot the crap out of it before you take possession of it. Yes they could go by other parts and uppers but that's the be...

Re: Which way to go on silencer purchase?
Do not I repeat do not wait on the hearing protection act to be passed. By the time it passes, if it ever does pass you would have already got your can back. Plus it is written into the law that you will get a $200 refund for your NFA item(Silencer) if and when the hearing protection act passes for ...

Re: I got a NFA application refund check today.......
I would call the ATF at this number 304-616-4500 and ask them if your transfer is still in process. If it is still in process you can probably cash the check because they do not start the process until the check is cashed and as cleared the bank.

Re: What if I use an NFA weapon for self defense?
If the NFA weapons are legal, then legally under the law you are one hundred percent fine. Where you will run into trouble is the opposing attorney will make you look like you are someone who was out for blood and used excessive force, that is if you were using a full auto weapon. If you were using ...

I just got my paperwork back for my Arsenal 107ur sbr. I put Tula wood grips on it with a triangle stock, and it works better than Viagra when you really want to blow your lady away or male.her walk funny for a day or so. I just take a look at her and it works just as good or better than Viagra.

Re: New Tax Stamp Every Three Years?
Do not ever, ever, ever go back to that gun shop. He knows absolutely nothing about guns or laws and will probably eventually get you into trouble by telling you something and you believe in him. Run and run fast in the opposite direction. There are far too many good gun shops out there to be giving...

I just got back my last thing I put on my trust before the law changed I sent the paperwork in 2 days before the end date. So it too 1 year and 2 months. It's absolutely ridiculous. If we can do 4473 background checks and under 10 minutes we should be able to get these background checks done in less...

Just got my NEW SWEET Dead Air MASK HD...but problem
I put it on my Ruger MK3 22/45 and after shooting LESS THAN 100 RDS it took off my barrell threads/thread adapter with the can! It was a MAJOR pain in the ass getting the pistol thread off the can and back on the pistol. I had to use heat and 2 different vice type grips. Even with towels being used ...

AMAZING RESULTS WITH "THE DIP"!!!!!!!
I have had a Coastal Passorts that is supposed to be can apart so you can clean the baffles individually. But I have contacted Coastal over one dozen times and they have never ever sent me the tool to unscrew either end of the can. So what basically happened was the carbon sealed the end of the caps...

Re: Glove melted on hot can...how to fix?
I have one of those Omegas that the outer shell has come loose and will unscrew from the baffle stack. SilencerCo said that this can be fixed by simply reapplying some red Loctite, but I will do the cleaning before I do that, this will make the cleaning much easier. I am going to use a simple butane...

Re: Glove melted on hot can...how to fix?
They were a cheap pair of tactical gloves with some type of hard backing on the top of the hands and on the grip apart some grippy type material sewn on. I threw them away and don't know exactly what they were. Sorry that is the best I can do but they looked very common for tactical gloves.
