Re: TiRant 3 Lug
Well...order still says in process on website, but it arrived yesterday. AAC finally came through, but it looks like their shipping system must be really out of whack if my order wasn't listed as shipped. I am glad I was pleasantly surprised yesterday.

Re: TiRant 3 Lug
Still waiting. June 9 was my order. It looks like a great product but frustrated. I called once and emailed once about order. 7 weeks ago I was told 1 week. 4 weeks ago I was told 2 weeks. I guess they interpreted Disney's motto as over promise and under deliver.

Re: TiRant 3 Lug
Has anyone here actually received a 3-lug mount for their Tirant when using a DTM credit? I am beginning to think this is a scam. You would think we wouldn't get pushed to the back of the line as we have actually purchased AAC products.

This would make my coyote hunting more pleasurable with my threaded barrel 223 rem 700.

Re: SBR question
I would assume most of the people who do the "due process" of obtaining tax stamps rarely get in trouble with the law...kind of like people with ccw permits.

Awesome. What I wanted to hear. The top loader is nice for being able to change calibers easily.
Thanks for the advice. Always great information from you.

Re: How is this legal?
If it was a fire on both pull and release that would be a really consistent easy to use system, and I would drop more than $500 for that!
Sucks that they don't have that.

Re: SBR question
Bender are the 9mm ar's with top loaders hard to "tune" to run right. I have heard of people having to get the feed ramps set up just so for 100% reliability.

Re: SBR question
Thanks. I have never had any major issues with nfa items...but don't want any either. I have never had my forms checked by a police officer. I figure if I make sure I am not in a gray zone then I am good. Any recommendations for a 9mm bloc, or is Hahn precision the only way to go? I prefer having la...

Re: How is this legal?
Aren't mixed reports pretty standard with most "bump fire" style systems? I hear they can be tricky to get to work and they can require a lot of practice. for $500 I would expect it to work pretty easily. you can get a slidefire stock for a lot less than the trigger.

Re: How is this legal?
By the way I would buy this in a heartbeat if it was a 2 shot per pull kind of trigger like the mini-14 systems. I will check out sub guns.com to find out more. I a speculating that there is a lot of speculation about this until it hits the market.

SBR question
Stupid SBR question... I have a form 1 sbr ar-15. Config as listed on form 1 is 10.5" 5.56. I would like to get a 5.5" 9mm upper and magwell block conversion. I plan on keeping my 10.5 upper. I know if I keep that upper I am good to go with not updating ATF nfa branch. Here's my question: ...

Re: How is this legal?
I am no engineer, so please excuse any mislabeled terms. I thought this lengthened/strengthened the reset making bump firing really easy/impossible to not do. Kind of like making the trigger reset "sweet spot" really big and easy to find. I have read several reviews from truth about guns a...

Re: How is this legal?
At $100 I would buy several...then sell them if they worked and got popular! At$500 I will see how this goes over the next few months with the ATF before purchasing. If I see one at a gun show and I have cash....that is another story. I would buy in a heartbeat then. Is it really a 2 shot per pull s...

Re: Prodigy or Quest
I have a prodigy, with a Ruger mk3 22/45 as a host. Ridiculously quiet, easy to service (get aac's wrench set for the endcaps). It was my first can...and I don't see getting another 22 can unless I need a can for 22mag, 17hmr or the like. Also, the prodigy is SUPER light! It really feels like nothin...

odd caliber question
From what I have read searching the threads, 7mm Rem Mag could be suppressed with a can that handles 300Win Mag? Does that mean a can like MK13-SD that can handle that, or should it be on one meant for mainly use on a 300 Win Mag? Does my question make sense? Sorry if it is confusing. Here are my th...

Re: Cerberus to sell Freedom Group after school shootings
Would it make the gun grabbers happier if he used a crowbar on the windows??? The same thing happened in China on the same day, except that guy used a knife...which to a leftist would be why we need even MORE rules against weapons (don't confuse them with the facts). That wouldn't point to the fact ...

Re: proof of ownership requirements ?
I took my forms, reduced them to 5*7 on a color copier (so that it looks more legit with my color picture on there and the tax stamp serial number is easier to read), and got them laminated. I have 3 copies of these laminated forms. One in my "class III bag" that holds my 2 silencers, my S...
