Re: Did BamBam just BAN trusts by executive order yesterday?
A few months ago, My dealer started to always do a regular background check when he handed over the NFA item at pick up time for who ever was picking up for the trust and listing in his bound book. I wonder if this will become the responsible person listed? His logic is that you still must "do ...

Re: Getting Started
Sorry you are starting when just about everything is back-orderd. :( I really like my Hornady Lock-n-load progressive. That being said, A Turret press is a great place to start and will get you far. Much faster than a single stage press and you can incorporate a case activated powder drop. The Horna...

Re: Solenoid triggers
I do know that some disabled and bench rest shooters use a hydraulic system to press the trigger on the rifle. Also a hand operated crank is also legal if it operates the regular trigger on the rifle. An example of this is used on semi-auto 1919s.

Re: Help deciding on 7.62 supperssor
+1 On the YHM 7.62 Phantom TI QD. I am running on a Savage 10FCP-K 308 and a Adams Arms piston 5.56 AR upper. I am waiting for QD mounts for my HK 93 (5.56) clones. The TI is only 13oz and on my first day at the range at 100yd, I did not notice impact shift. As a recoil brake, it is awesome. To me it...

Re: Are these spots legal to engrave SBR on MP5?
I marked my 53 clone on the mag well (left side), but a .223 has more room. Just reuse the serial number from manufacture to keep down the extra engraving. HK also uses the top spine as a place for model number and serial. Just be careful of future optic mount location so it is not covered. The gene...

Re: Best Payment Method
Better yet is a check from a bank account in the trust's name. It shows better separation between individual and trust from what I was told.

Re: Magazine Exchange Program for folks in CO and similar
I'm wondering about putting all my standard capacity magazines in my NFA trust so they can be possessed by multiple people. If it works for NFA firearms, why not mags? O2 Ps. Yhea, test case, tadda yadda :) (2) (a) A PERSON MAY POSSESS A LARGE-CAPACITY MAGAZINE IF 20 HE OR SHE: That is part of the ...

Re: Does a trust REALLY skip NICS?
So you know what is coming, Colorado under there new background check law will require a background check for each member of the trust/corp after July 1, 2013 who can have possession of the firearm in the trust/corp. The bills were most likely given to the sponsors by "Mayors for illegal guns&q...
