Re: Where to find 1/2x28 and 5/8x24 stuff... to fix 51T?
A buddy with a 9" and 51t, a different N6 - three shot groups yielded 2 tight and a flyer almost every time. At 100 yards it put 4 into the 10 ring and 1 four inches down and a couple inches to the right. Can't say for sure what is going on with that gun yet, but it appears to be a certain amo...

Re: Silencerco shotgun suppressor
Well that answers the physical question, but seems to further open the can of worms that is the legal question; are these shorter rods not then 'silencer parts' according to the ATF rules? Would that not preclude their purchase without extra tax stamps for each rod or set of rods, or even eliminate...

Re: Shooting 9mm through a .45 suppressor
Is there a big difference in sound suppression between using a 9mm suppressor (Osprey, Octane, TiRant) on a 9mm pistol (P9S, SIG) and using a .45 suppressor on a 9mm pistol? Ammo used: Fiocci 147gr sub sonic I have first hand experience with all of the ones you mentioned and the 45 can on a 9mm hos...

Re: Trouble removing piston in AAC TiRANT 45
I'm having trouble removing the ASAP/piston from the back of my early AAC TiRANT 45 (2-digit serial) silencer. In videos and the instructions, it makes it seem like you just twist it off, but mine won't budge. I've never had it off before, and it's had a few thousands rounds through it, so it may b...

Re: New Suppressor Owner Impressions - SureFire Rifle & AAC
There are three places where things start to unscrew themselves at the back of the suppressor and I just rudely found out yesterday after having problems after putting the piston back. It appears that the tube inside the piston collar also unscrews from the inside and also the tube before the first...

Re: AAC MG-SD
Is the AAC MG-SD silencer actually available for civilian purchase? I'm looking forward to having some fun after I get out of Cali. Yes, any of our dealers can order it, however the only two available FHs are threaded 9/16-24LH and .7812-24 Are they on the shelves if I actually ordered one? Thanks ...

The newer muzzle brake with wrench flats (P/N 102320) will work with barrels greater than .750", but the flash hider (P/N 100209) and the Brakeout (P/N 101720) will not.

Re: How much clearance past the rail is needed for 51T brake
I know this first hand that with the DDMK18 if you use a AAC 51T flash hider and a AAC M4-2000 it will work 100% theres about enough room to slide a piece of notebook paper through with the suppressor all the way bottomed out on the mount. If you would like i can send pictures of it. Could you plea...

Re: 17wsm through an Element. What say you AAC?
I think the subject pretty well covers it. I have been considering a 5.56 can for quite some time but I was curious to see if this was workable or not. Thanks We have not tested this round, but it should be OK, especially in the 20+" barrels. This is based on the fact that they will withstand ...

I thought all the short 45 s models were able to be taken down . This one does not budge. Serial number tr45k0005xx Yes, they should all be take apart. Did it come with the tool? If so, have you tried putting the tool in a vice? If you still can't get it, shoot me an email and I'll get you an RMA.

Re: AAC 260 barrel question
I'm thinking about building a "budget shorty" 260 on a 700 action, and have had the opportunity to handle an uninstalled AAC 260 barrel and see its unique contour first hand. IIRC, at the threaded muzzle it is 0.750" in diameter. Could somebody throw a set of calipers on their barrel...

OK, I feel a little stupid here because I am having problems. I have had an EVO 40 for a few years now and it has run flawlessly on multiple host guns. I recently picked up a new Lone Wolf threaded barrel for my Glock 23. I have not been able to get it to cycle more than 1-2 shots in a row. Yes it ...
