Re: How is this legal?
AFAIK it's one shot on trigger pull, one on release. This has been legal in the past on the mini 14, IIRC. One problem. You pull the trigger, BANG, but don't want to let even one more round go, and now the trigger is depressed on a weapon that is like a hand grenade with the pin pulled. Let go of t...

Re: How is this legal?
It looks like the 3rd mode is a forced trigger reset. Technically you are pulling it for every round, it's just forcing the trigger past the reset so you can just keep constant pressure on it.
If the letter passes the sniff test. I'd buy one, for cash, at a gun show.

I'm spoiled. Local place has a range and charges $35 for transfer. I guess they know I will give them all my range business for the next 6 months.

Re: Question about the "assignment of property" document
How can you "Assign the Property" to the trust if you do not yet own it? Wouldn't a new assignment sheet and updated schedule A be added to the trust AFTER the Form 4 is approved? In the past, if I recall correctly, the only items on my submitted trust's Schedule A were items ALREADY owne...

I like my Spikes just due to the fact I don't have to mess with the bolt hold open lever. Two wrenches and I can run my .22 upper on it.

I put Magpul grips on my SBR and my other AR pistols for reason to keep a smaller copy in there. I toss some copies in my range bag as well.

Thank you very much for the detailed response.
I'll heed your concern regarding the Winwhite. It's still in Form 4 hell, so the wait time didn't concern me
Once it's officially in my hands, I'll do some more accuracy testing since it's only had two visits to it at the shop.

Re: Baffle Strike w/ Liberty Torch QA
Liberty makes a great can and has excellent customer service, if they haven't called you back why are you not calling them again? I am not sure why there is such an epidemic about people posting for internet experts opinions rather than calling the manufacturer of the product in question, the frequ...

Re: Best Serviceable 9MM for FA 9MM/.22LR?
The mystic fits very close to maxed out in my Samson Evolution rail. It's a 1.5 inside IIRC, it's snug enough I can't use the rail mounts on the front end. My goal is lightweight SBR so there wasn't going to be anything on there. 5 inch barrel, 9 inch rail, the mystic sits about 3-4 inches outside t...

Re: Line shoot in PA yesterday & heard KAC, Osprey,TiRant 45
I tried several silencers on my wife, none quiet her down to hearing safe. All her bitching is supersonic. Very unpleasant high-pitched piercing tone. You need to file a Form D. It completely removes the piercing tone, it's very quiet. It's an expensive stamp, takes about 6 months or so. After I go...

Re: Advice on Rimfire rifle host?
I just paid for a Warlock 2 for mine, it's my second can, so I'm good with .22LR only. If it was my first can, I'd go with something that had multi caliber capabilities.

Re: Baffle Kiss and Accuracy
The difference in Pirating music and counterfeit merchandise is that it is illegal. Trust documents are not protected by any property rights. I've spent quite awhile in the real world but I'm really not going to lay my resume out for you. But you somehow still assert you have more legal knowledge o...

Re: Baffle Kiss and Accuracy
What's to talk about? If there was anything to talk about they would have called, there wasn't so a letter suffices. I would also give the warning not to shoot the .22lr with a LID. You would be surprised what people do, I fix a ton of problems due to people doing what the manufacturer recommends a...

Re: Baffle Kiss and Accuracy
Thanks for the detailed response. This is my first can, my only experience has been with my Father's Outback II.
I guess my line of thinking was going back to how a crown can effect accuracy, though after thinking about it, the pressures should be much lower.

Baffle Kiss and Accuracy
I was cleaning my Mystic and it looks like a round barely kissed a 6-7 of the baffles. None of them are more than 1/16th bent, with no noticeable removal of metal, though the edges look like someone took something and scratched them towards the barrel Setup is XDm 3.8 in 9mm with a Stormlake barrel,...
