What kind of item? machine gun, ruger ac556 what paperwork for what item is he holding? he has no paperwork, it should be form 4 in his business's name. right now i have my form 4 and all other needed paperwork complete but he won't sign it because he physically does not have his copy of his form 4...

it is tight when i screw it down, the springs are still springy, its honestly only been fire a few times.

i'm switching barrels on my savage and don't need the stock one. it comes from the factory threaded with a thread protector. will shoot one inch groups without a problem. very very accurate.
