basically the title says it all, it has been 9 weeks to the day and the check has still not been cashed. tried calling but they were closed already. if it got lost is there any thing i can do our will they do anything on there part? expedite the refile? :roll: guessing probably not on the later part...

not sure about how "they" the batf feel about it but i as well filed for a new can and my dealer had me sign my name and then added "as trustee" behind the signature. hopefully it wont be a issue but never know.

dont mean to hyjack the thread but i have a question.... 2 days ago i received a scan of the form 3 that was submitted for my new can. i took that into my dealer here and we filled out the form 4 with that information that was on the form 3 scan. i mailed out the form 4 with the check and trust info...

My first suppressor is in my hands, seems like the ATF didn't mind the trust that i sent them. When creating it Aaron was more then helpful, and the price you can not beat. A+ in my book

correct, looking to do a integral suppressor on a ruger 96/44. might just have to settle for a screw on can. we will see what i can find. thanks
