I have a friend who worked for AAC several years, and knows Kevin personally.......it's much worst than you can imagine.

Yes lil gun and 5 others
Lil gun does not give me a satisfactory case fill......if you've ever had an SEE you will be super careful
As we know many powders including trail boss work but won't cycle

Re: 50 Beowulf suppressed SBR
50 beo uses magnum primers standard
Even with light loads I had a lot of residue
I would think slow burning and subsonic are not the best match
I load with fast burning pistol powders so it burns before entering the suppressor, creates enough pressure to cycle, and is very clean

Re: 300BLK Integral Suppressor
For attachment make a custom gas block that has threads on the OD for the tube to thread onto, I would pin the gas block in place and not just rely on set screws to hold it on. Then you can thread an end cap into the other end of the tube to hold everything in place. Like this? http://216.92.217.11...

Re: Saiga 12 conversion
Its not the easiest conversion. Most of the ones we see are done pretty poorly. Would you go with a remmy or the saiga? (Asking because I respect your opinion) As far as being poorly done, do you fix them, or recommend a place to get the work done? I would build a nice remmy SBS before a Saiga pers...

Grit side out......cloth stays stationary This is what i thought. I gave it a try on some 1.5" x 12" 316 bar, last night, with some 1000 grit, liberally lubed. By the time I was done, the fingers had made their way through the paper, but it worked, nicely. I've never had crocus cloth wear...

Thanks for the replies folks. I've got some looking to do. I'm going into town and get some crokus cloth to try that suggestion. I think I'll try and pick up some bearings too. I may end up trying to install some small barings on the fingers. Again, thanks. the problem is Ti and brass don't play we...

delta, with all titanium internals are you at all worried about the sparking issues as the powder abraids the surface? I used 100% Ti and have over 1400 rds of 190 SMK's @ 2950 fps thru it with no signs of wear!! http://216.92.217.113/saiga/images/DSCF4086.JPG http://216.92.217.113/saiga/images/IMG...

Re: Unburned powder in 300 blk
I've had the issue with 150gr bullets, so much that I would have feed jams due to powder filling the chamber enough that it would only take 2 mags to induce. Bcg was covered with powder flakes also. A1680. I never had these issues with 200+ gr bullets. 1680 always clean for me also 5744 in 50 beo l...
