i made one, i had a friend at a machine shop get the heavy metal for me used in the heavy buffers, it is the same weight as the heavy buffers people spend a bunch on, but with the aluminum body

got the form 1 stamped..... material, i was told the can should be the lightest possible, hence made from aluminum i listed the can on the paper as 8 inches in length, what should the diameter be? what baffles? i was told k baffles work well in a 45 cal how many baffles?, and which baffle material, ...

I'm confused by all the flow simulation stuff. You're just making a 223 silencer right? I'm pretty sure you are overcomplicating just a bit. If you are the R&D of a silencer mfg, then I could see the benefit. With that said. The recipe for a run of the mill can that works great in that caliber ...

i played with some 77 grain match kings, 3.5 grns of clays
did not chrony yet, but they did sound exactly like the 55 grn fmj with 3.2 grns of clays
i will use a decible meter and a chrony next time

well, the ATF cashed my check for multiple form 1 builds
they got it on the 4th of dec, and cashed it yesterday, so we will see what happens
