I waited 294 days in 2013 for my first suppressor. With wait times hovering around 90 days now 294 days seems extremely long. Still an agonizing 90 days tho!

The wave washer is just intended to keep the thread protector from coming loose. You should always remove it before using the suppressor. My 22/45 lite came with a wave washer to hold on the thread protector.
