Mine had the same problem! The knurled end came loose. I didn't try to add loctite or anything but haven't shot it since. I contacted SilencerCo but they never replied back so I'll try again.

The only mixed reviews I see on them are how much people hate the rollmark. But if they want to pay more from a Spikes or Noveske rollmark, they are welcome to it.
