Form 1 Paperwork change
I've read through several forums etc and I am 99% sure I am thinking about this the right way. I previously had a form 1 approved for a 9mm caliber suppressor. I have decided I would rather build a 45 caliber, I have not done any construction whatsoever and I know all the multi caliber stuff is a no...

Re: First time suppressor design
I have questioned that too as to how Silencerco has been able to legally do a few things, the extra endcaps on the Saker and the variable length setup on the salvo.

Silencerco Salvo
I was watching a video earlier about the Salvo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VoDMsSC1nSI Towards the end the were talking about how you can adjust the length of the supressor by removing baffles and some of the rods to make it shorter or the original size. What I'm wondering is could this correspo...

Re: Metal sourcing
Thanks for that L1A1Rocker I may just nix that idea, I wish finding hard facts wasn't so complex I was looking at 17-4 vs 316 stainless and a few others trying to figure out if I may be better off to use stainless steel for the baffles since its a bit easier to machine and is strong and durable agai...

Metal sourcing
I have two form 1's in hand now and am slowly moving forward with my plans, I am using a idea I saw from john.t.little1 on his TI-30 can I have found sources for grade 9 titanium and grade 5 bar without issue and a wide variety of Stainless steel if I wanted to go that route for the cones. Would the...

Re: Ti-Thirty Form 1
Thanks for the input I actually really like your design here but I had a few questions that seemed to vary from thread to thread on the best design for a .30 caliber suppressor. Great job on your build thanks for putting it on here it's given me some great ideas.

Re: Ti-Thirty Form 1
If this is a ignorant question please excuse it but would this design be better in perfomance for a .30 caliber suppressor? The deeper into this forum I dig looking for answers the more confused on some aspects I get. I was looking at the K baffle and how the it allowed some gas to flow past and thr...

Re: 6 inch tactical muzzle brake on e-bay
Old style, inefficient, monocore. I'm sure the ATF is watching the sales of this guy. You say its inefficient what about this style? http://i1203.photobucket.com/albums/bb398/theserxtremedays/monostack1_zpse231c3a8.jpg I was considering this design for my .30 cal build but I am all ears if this is ...

Re: Anybody done a form 1 using the new online eforms servic
My first form 1 I filed 7/21 and was approved 08/15 it was really easy they have it setup to link photos of your design and your trust. I expect my second form 1 to be approved in the next few weeks. Hope you didn't send a pic of the built can before you got the form one approved  No not at ...

Re: 6 inch tactical muzzle brake on e-bay
Wow I wonder how long that will last before the ATF pays him a visit? I agree that isn't worth anywhere close to what he wants for that.

Re: Anybody done a form 1 using the new online eforms servic
It was my first submission and I wasn't sure it had a spot to submit it so I did, one of my rookie mistakes I suppose.

First off I already have my form 1 in hand and have a second efiled that should be in hand within the next few weeks. I learned the other day just how little I knew on some factors. I am looking at building 2 suppressors, I've been doing research looking at designs etc for years now drooling over th...

Re: Need opinions
Thank you I didn't realize until last night I had posted in the wrong forum, I'm not sure if there is a simple way to move this to there. I agree there are vastly better designs than the red jacket design what I was referencing from their photo was how there was two separate pieces in the baffle sta...

Re: Need opinions
You think a 0.75-0.1 would be sufficient? What about Titanium vs stainless steel? I do plan on also buying a silencerco Saker to use on my AR10 and my 300blk when I'm shooting semi auto I don't honestly plan on shooting my 223 calibers suppressed much but you never know. The .30 caliber form 1 can w...
