Re: Rules of thumb for suppressor design

Historian can you please explain the blast chamber 1/3 formula? Is it in a 10" tube blast chamber length should be 3.33" ? I have never seen or heard of a blast chamber measurement formula only a formula for internal volume capacity.Thank you

Re: So who's filing for new Form 1 or Form 4 before Obama kills off NFA on trusts?

Again all novel approaches to fingerprints with a huge draw back .Before 9/11 nobody would give a thought to someone going to a school asking about fingerprinting even a mall having an adult asking to be fingerprinted but today the first question will be WHY? The very last thing I would want is some...

Re: So who's filing for new Form 1 or Form 4 before Obama kills off NFA on trusts?

With Trusts now requiring finger prints I know after july and new forms .What happens if the cleo decides to no longer do your finger prints ? You don't need his approval because it is will notify now but can he refuse to do your prints because he is pissed he was taken out of the loop?

The church should leave earthly matters to man. guns are one earthly matter as is politics, these belong to Caesar. Our e mortal soul and everlasting peace belong to God these are the matter the church should concern it self with not what Walmart or Cabela sells. This is why the separation of church a...

Re: Legality of building a model?

Probably the best advice you will get is do not do it. Along side that is the opinion if you are going to do it DO NO ANNOUNCE OR POST THAT YOU DID OR WILL DO IT. The BATF makes the rules and they decide. You will most likely get arrested if you tell everyone hey see what I did. They love to make ex...

All in All a Mfg not wanting to be named... just picked on a whim? no stamp? and because you can doesn't mean you should be using an aluminum suppressor on a 5.56 .Here in the US with the strict licensing cost it seems silly to spend $200 on a stamp pluse materials to build a suppressor that may or ...

just my opinion but you may want to check out a different set up if you intend on turning the kit into a working suppressor. If I read the website info correctly the tube is aluminum and rated at 3300 psi.I do know an AR15 produces a higher pressure at the muzzle than 3300psi.Somewhere there is a pos...
