Re: Help me pick a 9mm can... please.
There are so many good cans out there right know I would look into Silencerco ,Rugged and Dead Air really to many to list. The last two are module so you can configure it in long and short lengths.

Re: Suppressor height sight recommendations
Just in case it helps anyone else with a similar build, I finally got around to finishing the P80 G17 Gen 3 clone build. Even though they were all black (no dots), I went with Ameriglo Gl-507 sights. The front sight is 0.407" high, or about 10.3 mm high. They turned out to be the perfect heigh...

Re: ultrasonic cleaning???
I have a old metal Hornady ultrasonic cleaner, the harbor freight cheap ones will work too. I use the Hornady brand cleaner "One shot Cleaner" for gun parts. I know some people also use purple power cleaner too they all work pretty good on my stainless steel baffles. I then run them threw ...

Interesting Oculus you might have changed my mind. Not interested at all in the Erector with only one stainless steel baffle and the rest aluminum.

Come on guys, as Infowars is reporting, Congress, Trump and Pence, they're actually going like gangbusters passing laws and deleting Obama's laws by the hundreds. Not good enough? Of course I say that tongue firmly in cheek. This Republican-dominated government is doing almost nothing. Treading wat...

Re: Current top of the Heap Rimfire Suppressors 2017
I have a element 2 and love it if i had to buy another .22 suppressor id look at the dead air mask or the rugged oculus but all you listed are good suppressors. One thing you want to look at is the FRP (first round pop) the element 2 has very little FRP cant speak for the others though waiting for t...

... and would add the AAC Element II to my short list. I'm mostly going off of some videos from Silencershop where they meter various suppressors. Problem is they don't have numbers on the AAC Element II. I like what they do though because it's one source where they use the same equipment and firea...

Re: Heavier Buffer Than an H3?
Interesting having issues with my 9MM Quarter Circle Glock lower, works great suppressed with 115 grain federals but when i run 147 grain federals i get a lot of double feeds. I'm using the JP silent spring and im thinking of grabbing one of the adjustable 9mm buffers from Heavy Buffers or one from ...

Re: Thread selection and attachment of Suppressor
You can't buy Glock factory threaded barrels without the gun. They are out there but are FROM guns. There may be a few old leftover ones for sale in places, but it's NOT easy to come by. I prefer M13 because most of my 9mm handguns are factory threaded Sigs, followed by Glock. So it doesn't make an...

Re: Thread selection and attachment of Suppressor
I have the Glock 17 with a factory left hand threaded LH-13.5x1 barrel and a Ti Rant 9mm with a 1000 rounds threw it have never had a problem with the booster coming unscrewed or the piston either. I don't know about locktite a suppressor but wouldn't recommend it.

Re: Thread selection and attachment of Suppressor
Perhaps I was trying to solve a problem that did not exist, but I ended up ordering the metric version, as the threads are more course (not as fine) with less of a chance of stripping. Added benefit of fewer revolutions per inch when attaching, and an o-ring that some say lessons the chance for the...

Really like my CZ. It's not threaded though. How about posting a video of yours being shot suppressed? That would get everyone interested. CZ Custom Shop has threaded barrels in stock I'm very temped. I thought they had to be fitted, as opposed to a GLOCK plug-and-play scenario. Yes i think the CZ ...

My first can to took around 5-6 months for the form 3 and another 6 months for the form 4 so i wouldn't sweat it that much. You should though talk to your dealer get the serial number and see if he has talked to the ATF about said can and if not would he.
