Re: Getting the sheriff to sign?
I went with the trust route purely for estate management. When the inevitable happens to me, I have a few trustees that can more easily disperse the NFA items.

Re: Getting checked for legal silencer and stamp
I shot my UZI (sbr) in an informal 3 gun competition a few weeks ago. I know that I don't have to show anybody but Leo's, however I chose to show the person that was organizing the match. It was not a problem, and I think it was the 1st form 1 that he had seen. Oh well, better than getting to the fi...

That was quick
I mailed my form 4 on Friday the 27th, it arrived in Georgia yesterday, and they cashed my check already. I was expecting at least 2 weeks before anything even got touched.

Broke in my new toy,
My dealer got my suppressor in from bowers and let me break it in It's a vers50 got it to try to work up a suppressed 50 beowulf, but it works pretty darn well on my sbr UZI SBR Semi UZI: http://youtu.be/4Mg9TRayMgQ Pity about the noisy bolt, cause the shooting is nearly silent. Shooting the beowulf...

Eform 1 approved
Greetings all -
I just had my first eform 1 approved - but where do I actually get the stamp?
This was for an SBR Uzi - and that will eventually get the Bowers Vers 50 attached to it.
Thanks

Re: Need some education on selling a can/upgrading
As well (if I am not mistaken) the double length of time wait for the stamp. I think as an individual - you have to transfer it (form 4) to an SOT 4-6 months is what I am seeing, AND THEN - the SOT has to transfer it to the new owner 4-6 months. So - IF that is the correct scenario - for me the doub...

Re: 45 subgun can on a 9mm subgun
I have personally used a bowers vers 50 0n a full auto sten gun (9mm) and you basically heard the gun rattling - that was it.
That was enough to convince me to get a vers50 for the beowulf, and my uzi (9mm & 45)

Re: .338 Spectre
Don't forget about the 50 Beowulf.
Very hard hitting, brass is relatively easy to come by if you know where to look - starline has it.
Good fun to shoot too.
