Rule 41F
Does anyone have a link to a good synopsis of the rule and the effect it will have / what trusts need to do now to conform?

MPX suppressor
I've searched the forums but wanted to get some opinions about a good suppressor for the MPX. I like the idea of the obsidian since it could serve double on my 300 blk. I read Trooper's experience with the Thompson and was wondering how much more quiet a larger 9mm suppressor like that would be over...

Smg Suppresson
Really wanting to get the LWRC SMG if/when it comes out but getting somewhat impatient. How good is the kriss vector at suppressing? I like the MPX as well but sort of like the idea of adding a 45 sbr to my stable. Is the Kriss just a novelty ? Heard bad things about the recoil system that is suppos...

Re: Pistol caliber suppressor
I'd add the Liberty 45 can to the lsit above. I believe it is the only one rated for 458 SOCOM. I have a Mystic so I think the Cosmic (Liberty 45) is great! Where am I gonna find that? Great. Is there a min barrel length for 458 socom and the liberty 45? Didn't see one listed on their website.

Next Can Suggestions
I know this topic comes up a lot and I read the forum a lot but I feel like the answer depends on what guns the individual has and what cans they already have. I think I've got it narrowed down to another 9mm or 45 can, probably a 45. Cans I have: sdn6 evo9 sparrow Gun wise I have the usual suspects...

Re: Silencerco dealers around Katy Tx?
AlabamaPaul is right, Silencer Shop went wholesale only. Since when? I literally got a suppressor delivered to me last week. Their webpage still lists delivery as an option for Texas residents. http://blog.silencershop.com/buying-options/ edit; I guess they just do it if the SOT/FFL who has it in s...

Re: :-) MPX :-)
Thanks for the info. There are a couple things with the MPX that have turned out to be different from what the original hype promised. I am not too keen on the proprietary charging handle and the inability to swap in AR15 triggers without voiding the warranty. I am glad yours is a good unit. Enjoy ...

Re: Silencerco dealers around Katy Tx?
To buy or just to lookysee? For buying silencershop has treated me well in the past, handle all your paperwork, track your forms and ship the suppressor to your house. Silencer Shop no longer ships to you residence. They ship to a dealer you pick when making a purchase. Since he is in Texas, they w...

Re: How to make buckmark quieter
I cancelled the CCI quiet, I've got plenty of CCI Standard Velocity. I think it really was the FRP, that now after researching more I see others have a problem with. I'm not worried about it, after I get 500+ or so rounds down it I think it will go away. Honestly it sounded better last range trip af...

Re: How to make buckmark quieter
Try to find some old standard velocity or some match grade target ammo.A 22 gets real quiet when you slow the bullet down to 900-950 fps and are using a quality suppressor.I have not been happy with most subsonic ammo as its still too hot at 1050 fps. -CL Thanks I ordered some CCI Quiet 710 fps FYI...

Re: How to make buckmark quieter
That was a good idea - it was just louder than I had expected, even when holding slide closed. Its really not much quieter than my evo 9 on my glock with subs. There was a loud crack almost - maybe the standard velocity I got was hot and its going super sonic? The barrel is only 4 inches so I didn'...

no worries - yes I've taken this into account. Although I thought sparrow had normal FRP, just like pretty much any can on a pistol.Bradpierson26 wrote:Not to be an ass and I'm sure you know this but sparrow = FRP.

How to make buckmark quieter
I just got my sparrow in today. Tried it on my buckmark. While it was quiet it wasnt as quiet as I had hoped for. I know that a spring upgrade to the recoil rod may help. Anyone have suggestions on what spring to get? Its on a 4inch trail lite barrel using standard velocity so it should have stayed ...

Re: 762 Suppressor and Rifle
$499 for an sdn6 is a great price - People complain ab AAC in general and the 52t mount but mines worked fine. I wouldnt pay what I did for it again now but at $499 I would buy that.

Re: New .22 Pistol Hosts?
What spring would you recommend? I'm very happy with the S&W 422 as a host. it regularly meters about 2db quieter with the same cans and ammo as a buck mark pistol. Buckmark springs are notoriously light. Sure, they'll feed and fire ANYTHING but the bolts moving too fast and its a little louder than...
