Re: Any issue using cast bullets?
Isn't powder coating a option. ..
Also if it's a can that isn't sealed couldn't it easily be cleaned
Thus allowing cast ammo. .. This was my interpretation
Which is why I am building a can so I can shoot cast and clean it

Baffles would be attached bringing the over all length
To 16.5 and then just under 17" when the tube is threaded on

intagral question for form 1
Ok I was looking at doing something similar to the intagral gemtech 10/22 barrel look wise but would not be a direct copy Question is... since the outer sleeve threads to the barrel and the baffles are part of the barrel. ..does that make the overall suppressor length the barrel length?? This is a f...

Re: Potential 300blk Form 1 design
The blast baffle out of Inconel Is a good idea...
As far as to many baffles I am not the one to say on that
As far as my design I have a larger blast chamber and 1 less baffle... but I am in the design phase waiting on my form 1

Re: building a Form 1 suppressor... eddited for new questions
Not a save it's the truth... 4 to 6 weeks for the trap
And if my form 1 goes the average 30 to 40 days
Then all is well... my wording was miss leading
Like my first post states I will not be doing anything that could even be considered in the fringe of the law....
