Re: 2013 762 QDC and QDC/CQB cans
MSRP is $1,431.25 on both cans. I see you were one of the fortunate guys that got to take the Vickers class. Looked like it was great time. How did the CQB "sound" to you, assuming you had a chance to hear it w/o ears on? I'm definitely sold on the MAMS. If nothing else I need the QDC/CQB ...

Re: 2013 762 QDC and QDC/CQB cans
You have a valid point, I have a 762SDN6 as well, and it's not like it's a huge can by any stretch. So the fact that the QDC is slightly lighter is not bad. But to tell you the truth, the biggest bummer is that they dropped the "KAC aesthetics" on the 2013 QDC. I was completely sold on the...

Re: 2013 762 QDC and QDC/CQB cans
Thanks Kevin, any reduction numbers available on the 2013 models? On second look the QDC change isn't as dramatic as the CQB, other than the cosmetic aspect. http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/6287/2012qdc.png http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/2192/2012cqb.png vs http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/7092...

2013 762 QDC and QDC/CQB cans
Kevin, would you mind giving me the brain dump please. It looks like a lot changed between the 2012 and 2013 catalogs as far as the 762 QDC cans. I'm placing an order with my dealer in the next week or so, and thought I had my mind made up. The 2013 catalog just upset the apple cart a bit. In the 20...

Re: ALERT: Fingerprint / photo reqs for Trusts/Corp coming s
If they want to close the corp and trust "loophole", then get rid of the fucking CLEO signoff... Oh yes, this thread just made me buy a Silencerco SS Sparrow with my corporation before the law changes. Thank you OP!! :D They are getting rid of the CLEO signoff, it's changing to where you ...

Re: ALERT: Fingerprint / photo reqs for Trusts/Corp coming s
Why do you think anything about the .gov is about YOUR convenience or they care about if something creates you drama or not? Where did I say think the government cares about my convenience? F--k them ill just make a new trust and amend them alternating each year. Two can play this game and legally ...

Re: ALERT: Fingerprint / photo reqs for Trusts/Corp coming s
I guess I was naive and didn't realize there was such widespread fraudulent use of NFA trusts by felons. There isn't. The old fashioned borrow a gun from your friend/family or buy it illegally is still the most common. Criminals spending $$$ to create Trusts and the $200 per pop to create a paper t...

Re: ALERT: Fingerprint / photo reqs for Trusts/Corp coming s
If people can't be honest on their own, then Big Brother has to step in. This is the case with this. We all know how much energy gun owners on the internet spend trying to find another way to circumvent the system. I met a guy at the range last weekend that said his cousin is a felon and since he c...

Re: ALERT: Fingerprint / photo reqs for Trusts/Corp coming s
i just read about this and it sounds like crap. will be a pain in the ass if everyone on the trust needs to fill out the form, get fingerprints and photos every time. Complete clusterfuck. Unless they update the process to 21st Century standards. Online submission, tax payable via credit card, inst...

Re: ALERT: Fingerprint / photo reqs for Trusts/Corp coming s
Don't know how many people are using trusts or corporations for their Title 2 / NFA items, but I wanted to make everyone aware of some proposed changes to the process. I'm sure most of you have heard of the CLEO sign off for individuals going away potentially. Well, that's good news, but what I did...

ALERT: Fingerprint / photo reqs for Trusts/Corp coming soon?
I'm sure most of you have heard of the CLEO sign off for individuals going away potentially. Well, that's good news, but what I didn't realize until today is that the main purpose (title) of the proposed change is to require each responsible member of a trust of corporation to submit fingerprint car...

Re: Transfer from closed corp to trust tax free?
Looks like the Corporate minimum tax is $456 in MA. In NH we have to pay $100 each year in "filing fee" with our Annual report.
Not sure what state would be better, but I presume Delaware and Nevada are up there.

WTS: AAC 12.5" 300 BLK upper
Mint in the box AAC 12.5" 300 Blackout upper. 1/8 twist. Less than 50 rounds through it. I have a 9" and 16" upper as well, and decided I don't need three, so the one in the middle has to go. Upper in the box as received from AAC with three 11-rib KAC panels: $900 shipped UPS Ground. ...

Re: 2012 at SHOT from AAC so far
I see 12.5" and 16" factory rifles in the 2012 catalog. Why no 9" rifles? The 9" rile is there on page 72 Thanks, I don't know how I missed that. This may be more for AAC. But no more URX III 16" uppers? (Glad I got mine!) And when should we expect the factory rifles to be ...

It's a jealousy thing plain and simple. All he's talking about is the cost of everything, cost of stamps, cost of suppressors.
Every single one of his guns looks like a cheap POS, with cheap POS optics and cheap POS rings. (Polymer AR lower!?)
He's rationalizing because he can't afford it...

You'd be surprised what reasons people have put in the past, and gotten approvals. That said, I would avoid "Violently overthrowing government" and stick to something like "Collection" or "All lawful purposes".

That's more like it. I just went to the 30/15Mbps service up here in NH. (Formerly FIOS before Verizon sold everything off to Fairpoint)

I would interpret those results differently. On the download you hit a bottleneck somewhere else, and 23.2Mbps was all that the server could push outbound.

I had a chance to run the upper with a H buffer this past Saturday, and it ran much better. A single short-stroke but I can live with that.
I didn't get a chance to bring the chrono this time.
