Propellant choice is the next step in finding quiet. You're looking for the propellant that yields the lowest bore exit pressure ... it will be the quietest. It took right at four weeks. I belive Joe ran a couple sets of the baffles so if he has them on hand it might be quicker. He machined my set when I sent him the can.
