Re: Does your NFA Trust have a Schedule A?

Re: Questions about NFA Trust, Form 1 and building a suppressor.
form-1 instructions 1.d.Maker --> for box 3b the trust address i dont think matters, the location of where the item will be primarily located does (according to the form). you obviously cant keep the item in a po box if your trust address is a po box. Re: Questions about NFA Trust, Form 1 and building a suppressor.
does the batf require serial # amendment notifications if you move your trust? i dont believe so. the form-1 is to register the making of a NFA item. once the form-1 lists trust name then the manufacturing of the item can be in whatever state the trust is listed as (whatever the trust data is at ti...

Re: Questions about NFA Trust, Form 1 and building a suppressor.
please verify my info, but if you are planning to move soon then submit form-1 after you move. vivos trusts are recognized in all 50 states. after you move, you should update your trust info accordingly and then submit the form-1, etc. this seems the best way to avoid any hassles, etc. "allowi...

Questions about NFA Trust, Form 1 and building a suppressor.
Sorry for making my first post here a request for information, however when researching I am repeatedly brought here so I figured I would register. I am currently a Kansas resident and have an NFA Trust that I have used several times. However I may be moving to Missouri soon, a state that also allow...
