Also, a silencer has always been shot more than you remember, since the last cleaning. Clean often for easy cleaning.

Re: Need guidance on a threaded barrel for a Glock 19
I have a couple of Lone Wolf barrels that work just fine with suppressors (17,21).
Recently bought a Brownell's threaded barrel for Glock19 gen5mos that seems to be very accurate as well.

I think they'd have to exempt everyone who descended from immigrants who arrived AFTER slavery occurred here.
You can't be blamed for what happened before you arrived.
That includes all the Irish, Italian, German, Polish, Romanian ... shall I go on ...

Re: 9mm rifle subsonic load data?
I had some 124gr Hornady FMJ bullets on hand. So, I loaded them on top of 4.4 grains of Unique.
They cycled the action and remained subsonic in a 4.5" MPX. But, not sure how fast they'll go in a longer barrel.

Re: Suppressor height sight recommendations
Loboloco, Thanks for the recommendation. Those are definitely on my short list! If you don’t mind, do they look like these from the Trijicon website? I couldn't get the image to load. Here's the link to the Trijicon website: https://www.trijicon.com/na_en/products/product3.php?pid=GL201-C-600649 Th...

Re: Suppressor height sight recommendations
I just put Trijicon suppressor height night sights on a G19 MOS. Both dots measure .317" or 8.05mm above the slide (to center of dot). They clear my TiRant45. I remember they also had plain white or all black or combinations. Not sure if it was Brownell's or OpticsPlanet. Hope that helps. Edit ...

Re: 3 Lug adapter questions
If the barrel is fixed, like on a carbine, use the "fixed barrel spacer" to keep the silencer from wobbling around, inviting a baffle strike. Most semi-auto pistols need the barrel to move during the cycle, hence the need for ASAP or neilson device, allowing wobble to keep from breaking pa...

Re: Integrally suppressed vs sbr Ruger 10/22
I bought my Mist barrel years ago, ported. I cleaned it after each range day. But, it's nearly impossible to remove the molten lead deposits on the inside of the tube. I tried dozens of brushes, and solvents, even Scotch-Brite. I was ready to look for a reamer to fit it when I heard that Gemtech wou...

Re: Assertion: No one answers the telephone anymore
The Do Not Call list stopped working when the phone companies chose to let users play with caller id. Now, scammers and spammers just put up a fake phone number on caller id. The phone companies could easily fix it. But, they don't because they make money from all those calls. We get 10-20 fake/scam...

Re: MPX with Evo 9 = bad accuracy
I am using the fixed barrel spacer. Is AAC's new improved fixed barrel spacer meant to fix this problem? Thanks! I was hoping I had the quick fix for you. But, I see you have the spacer. I've got the improved version. Maybe that's the difference. Also, mine is .45 cal. So, it has less chance of int...

Re: MPX with Evo 9 = bad accuracy
Are you using the Fixed Barrel Spacer? http://www.advanced-armament.com/Improved-Fixed-barrel-spacer-fits-all-EVO-9-ECO-9-TI-RANT-9-ILLUSION-9_p_720.html I use a TiRant45 with a fixed barrel spacer installed in place of the standard spring on my MPX, with great results. The spring is needed for semi...

Re: Has anyone tried the gemtech 10/22 barrel?
Aquila standard velocity does not break the sound barrier when fired through my Mist barrel. Gemtech Subsonic ammo is quieter than standard velocity ammo. The receiver gets dirty quickly, just like a screw-on suppressor. Dirty receiver=jams. This barrel is "Hollywood" quiet with subs. stan...

Re: Gemtech Mist - To Port or Not To Port?
I got my ported Mist barrel 3 years ago. I loved it! I cleaned it regularly. But, it was getting more and more difficult to remove the outer sleeve. So, after searching the net, I found that Gemtech had replaced barrels for customers who requested un-ported barrels. I called, and they replaced mine ...
