We have seen stamps too that were approved on a Saturday or Sunday. They must have shift on those days and turn off the phones.

We heard that they were processing the Form 3's and the 5320.20 paperwork, but I think that too has no stopped.

We just got back a stamp for a customer. Check cashed 4/10 stamp approved 12/13. We have another customer who applied before this approved can. I checked on the progress yesterday and it is still pending the background check from the FBI.
