It's a tolerance issue. Put Teflon tape on your barrels thread, and tighten the can down. It should help.

The Mask is excellent but I would NOT buy a DA can because of the absolute s--t customer service and lack of parts availability..

Contact the manufacturers directly; they will know if it is a safe course of action.
You could always buy the SiCo 36M which will handle sub- and supersonic .350 Legend.

Re: Savage MK2/AAC Element 2 Way off!
It sounds like bad harmonics resulting from mounting the can. Try using a $10 barrel dampener like the one from Limbsaver: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1999/2905/products/12051_-_Black_Standard_600x600.jpg?v=1510075004 You may be able to improve your results. FWIW, a rimfire can shoot better wi...

Does the Element butt up to the shoulder of the threaded section of the barrel (without use of spacers)?

Buy subsonic ammunition (CB caps, BB caps, et al.) and sight the rifle in for that ammunition exclusively.
No can, no expensive stamp.

Re: NRA files Chapter 11 bankruptcy, moves to Texas
The NRA was formed to lobby for some people to have gun rights and to lobby for others to be denied gun rights. Actually the NRA was formed because people were alarmed by the lack of marksmanship of the Union Army r4ecruits. They designed and promoted courses to teach people how to shoot effectivel...

JJS owns Palmetto State Armory, which is pretty well-run. If JJS doesn't spin or sell AAC off to someone else and want to deal with NFA Brach, I think they'll be a good option.

Buy a threaded barrel for it. It will cost about what having the barrel 'extended' would cost, plus you'd have the option of returning it to stock if traveling to/through a state where threaded barrels are prohibited.

Don't buy any optics made in the PRC. Ever. Besides being Communists, they produce shoddy optics. Without exception that I've seen, the lenses show one or more of: distortion at the edges, pin-cushioning, are blurry, or do not transmit light well. They adjustments do not track true and are not repea...
