I have same issues with a AR9 pistol 3" barrel and 9mm can TI, SS and Steel construction i have..... baffle core diameter is at .398"....... switch to the 45 caliber subgun can.... bigger core diameter,,, 2" longer, Alum construction way more internal volume. All the issues goes away....
