ATF's 41P and you
First of, for any Moderator/Administrators/Staff here, I'd like to ask that you'd leave this in General Discussion as that will more than likely receive the most traffic on your Forum. I don't mean to be disrespectful to site policies, simply to raise awareness. I sincerely thank you for the Opportu...

Re: Boehner Launches Effort to Defend GAY marriage Ban
My grievance with banning drugs is that the federal government was never given the authority to do so in the first place. If I remember right (and please correct me if I'm wrong) drugs are banned under the interstate commerce clause. Which would be the same bullshit excuse they use to ban firearms....

Re: Boehner Launches Effort to Defend GAY marriage Ban
There is no parallels to be drawn between an inanimate object and a substance ingested by humans to alter their state of mind, other than some people don't like one or the other or both and think they should be banned. ... Re: WA state and corporate machine guns
I've seen a number of references to NFA Gun Trusts. Here in WA personal ownership of machine guns is illegal, but I'm wondering if a trust makes any difference (or if people are just using them here for other non-auto NFA items). Put another way: Can a Trust own an MG in WA state? Or can you form a...

Re: Boehner Launches Effort to Defend GAY marriage Ban
Wasn't the idea of a "civil union" bounced around before? It was legally no different than a marriage in the rights it gave to the partner, but it just wasn't called "marriage". If GAY people wanted the same rights, they'd have jumped all over that and been done. The problem is ...

Re: Boehner Launches Effort to Defend GAY marriage Ban
Why is pot illegal? How is it worse than alcohol? Why not just ban alcohol also? Oh wait, we tried that in the 1920s. Why is pot illegal? Oh yeah - it is a 'gateway drug.' See, people who do hard drugs started with pot. Not to mention, they started with coffee. And water before that. Why not make a...

Re: Boehner Launches Effort to Defend GAY marriage Ban
Interesting discussion. Guns are inanimate objects, drugs impair observational skills, are physically addictive (Ever seen someone go through withdrawals), impair judgement and can cause permanent and irreversible damage (I've got a friend that has seizures now, after a year or two with certain drug...

Re: bad service at G&R tactical
Between me and my Father we've ordered... 4 guns from him... I can't tell you how many other orders, I just don't remember. Nothing but good service, he actually replies to emails, that's good, guy gives good service. I'd take renegade's advice and post it in his subforum or contact him. He'll make ...

That and, every pistol in 9mm pretty much has over 10 rounds in the magazine.
That's pretty much hitting home with everyone.

Re: Do you believe in God?
You can't prove the existence of God. If you did, then faith would serve no purpose. You can't disprove the existence of God. You can go around in circles of stalemate though, and that's just not fun for me. This is pretty much it. Again, for Selectedmarksman, I believe in God, I mean, I believe Je...

Re: Do you believe in God?
Ok for the record if you believe in god...define it... what is god? If you believe in it you must have some idea what you believe it to be. C'mon now, we're still proving science. I genuinely was interested in that discussion. You see I too have questioned, like I said, the answers have always been...

Re: Do you believe in God?
As for another reason I'm not a big fan of legalistic power building organizations like huge churches, etc. One doesn't have to look far. The Church heirachy crucified Jesus. I mean what else needs to be said? He was a threat to them and the doctrine at the time. Fascinating when you look that...

uuuuhhh actually the sperm and the egg are both single celled...and they combine...and from those two single cells grows complex life...so you tell me, how do they not represent how single cells merge to form multi celled organisms... One Fertilizes the other and it develops, that's it. Also, embry...

Re: Do you believe in God?
When can an organism go from being a single-cell organism to a multi-cell organism. They can't... they simply can not. Demonstrably false. Unicellular to multicellular evolution has been demonstrated in the laboratory. See here for a lay persons explanation: http://pleion.blogspot.com/2008/11...

Yes, and I'm saving that debate/head ache for Saturday when I share a Golf Cart with an Atheist. Then we'll discuss how the Fed is all a group of lies. Re: Handi Rifle with or without iron sights?
Rsilvers, here's a thought, consider the market segment you're speaking to right now. Suppressor inclined individuals, individuals who are also M.G., S.B.R., E.B.R., etc, inclined. Most of us don't have hang ups on things like that and their image (and I don't think anybody should), but I'd say broa...
