Re: Element Rear Endcap Upgrade
Well worth it! I was lucky enough to get in early on this and couldn't be happier. Everyone at AAC treated me (and my Element) great. Just exceptional customer service. Couldn't have asked for more. http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g426/AccurateOrdnance/Suppressors/Rimfire/944210_583402565028020_...

Yes. The SR5 and SR7 are the only things being pulled at this point. AAC is going to work on the mounting systems a bit more then hit the market with these. The Cyclone is fine for now and is a great product.

Re: Production suspeded
I believe the letter to which the OP is referring specifically addresses the SR5 and SR7 suppressors. These are not going to be produced until sometime possibly early next year.
As stated the 762-SDN-6 and M4-2000 are still in production and readily available.

More than a dollar, have you seen their prices? I will never get over the SWR Trident they had for sale for $850 plus shipping. Mounts were extra. Or the $900 Serbu on a 870 Action! This thread is about DEALERS buying from DISTRIBUTORS. Autoweapons sells retail too and, yes, their retail prices ARE...

Contact Vaugn at AutoWeapons (info@autoweapons.com or 215-293-0200). Tell him Mark at Accurate Ordnance sent ya. He is THE MAN. I won't buy any of my suppressors anywhere else. Completely non-BS transaction. He keeps a huge amount of inventory on the shelf. You will never get the BS of "two wee...

I wouldn't bother contacting AAC. It isn't there issue. I've seen several barrels from that manufacturer than have done the same exact thing. All of them had threads that were very much not concentric to the bore.

New Wilson Combat Recon SBR and Whisper suppressor
Just received the new Wilson Combat SBR and Whisper suppressor. Can't wait to get out and shoot these. Waiting on the ammo (7.62x40). http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g426/AccurateOrdnance/Suppressors/Rifle/wcSbr/wcRecon_01_caLarge.jpg I'll take more pictures and will post some details after we d...

I know Mike personally and can't see him implying anything negative towards Kevin and/or Lynsey nor does he have a pompous, arrogant attitude. Mike is one of the most laid back, humble guys I know.

Re: Silencerco Saker First Pics
Bad news- expected to ship in 6 months, hope it will be sooner. This is the reason I skipped SHOT this year. SHOT has become the show of "look what might be in production maybe this time next year if we're lucky and all the planets align, but here is a cool prototype you can fondle." I do...

I think some guys missed my comment regarding multiple mounts: "Some guys have run these on multiple mounts and they simply tighten the suppressor then, if necessary, back off slightly until the screw(s) engage a notch." My customers who have gotten this modification didn't care about warr...

Thanks. But the real brain behind this modification is Jason Nixon. I think he achieved an elegant solution in that it is simple, inexpensive and aesthetically pleasing - well, at least nicer looking than some of the giant twisted spring things I've seen some guys do. LOL. I'm blessed to work with n...

P7? 92FS threaded oddly? P9S?
These were originally done for Beretta 92s.

Re: Can one get a 18T can upgraded to a 51T or 90T?
This is what we have done to a few 18-tooth 762-SDs. The screw is modified to fit perfectly in one of the notches on the mount. http://i1101.photobucket.com/albums/g426/AccurateOrdnance/Gunsmith%20Projects/AAC%2018T%20Mod/310307_281888298512783_242874262414187_964014_1546108653_n.jpg We remove the s...

I'm not the machinist in our shop and I can cut better threads than what is in your picture.
Regarding the tenon length, what does it measure? BTW, what suppressor are you mounting on the firearm?

Yes, we're a full service gunsmith shop. We do just about everything from building complete precision rifles to simple stuff. We charge $200 to thread a Model 41. A custom thread protector to match is an extra $40. The coating on this one was OD and matte black Cerakote. We've got some pictures on o...

Slide and accents are all Cerakote matte black. Sights left factory black. The picture doesn't do it justice. Re...

I do understand some people not wanting to modify a classic such as the beautiful Model 41. But to those folks I'd say, you don't know what you are missing. It is an AMAZING suppressor host! Really, really nice. A quality modification doesn't adversely affect accuracy or performance in any way. We h...

The Mite is so unimpressive to me that you couldn't give me one even if you paid the tax stamp. I've got first-hand experience with it and have shot more than one Mite side by side other products. I bought two to play with to see if I wanted to stock them and ended up flipping them for below my cost...

Just because Noveske was thrown out as a suggestion... A buddy's Noveske upper just showed up and I took a few pictures to just tease him. It is a 12.5" upper and the can is a 762-SD. http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn304/BookHound/misc%20firearms/IMG_8316Large.jpg http://i307.photobucket.co...
