Re: dead air mask 22
I've had my Mask many months now it's a great suppressor construction wise and performance. I have a couple M&P compact 22's and several 10/22's so I have tested my Mask Head to head using same host against my ever growing rimfire suppressor collection :D I think the Mask and Spectre II sound re...

Re: CCI Quiet-22
I have several boxes of this new CCI ammo its very quiet but it also seems to be reduced FPS not a very good hunting load pretty weak compared to the CCI subsonic seg load.

Re: Gemtech Quicksand Question
I was looking for a new 30cal suppressor and had the chance to demo several different brand/models (AAC,Gemtech,SAS) with my class III dealer. My favorite was the Sandstorm it was built well, sounded good on my 300 AAC bolt rifle, very light weight compared to all steel models, and I was looking for ...

5/8x24 adapters review
Well I needed a couple of adapters so I could use my 9mm suppressors on my 300BLK rifle so ordered a "The Silencer Store" 300BLK 5/8'sx24 to 1/2x28 adapter it came in 3 days after I ordered and looks/works great on my rifle if anyone needs such a beast I give it a thumbs up. Next was a har...

Re: liberty Mystic 9mm suppressor (multi caliber purposed-30
Buzduk is right if you don't have a 22 suppressor you you need to go Mystic. I have three 22 suppressors myself they are my favorite cheap to shoot, super quiet, all kinds of host pistols/rifles out there just a must have item

Re: liberty Mystic 9mm suppressor (multi caliber purposed-30
I am in the same boat as you. I just bought a new bolt action 300 AAC rifle threaded 5/8x24 and already own a older Gemtech Raptor 9mm tri-lug suppressor. Size wise its about the same as the Mystic around 9"x "1.375 I think the Mystic is a newer design most likely alittle quieter all thing...

Re: what can do you run on your blk out
I just had my first boxes of hornady 208gr 300 subsonic whisper arrive today. Wow it's a tiny little round for some reason I remembered the 221 fireball case being bigger. looking at reloading data I have been shooting more powder in my 158gr 38sp subsonic loads than what it shows for the wh...

Re: What can for an AR 9mm?
Man I love the looks of the Mk9 has anyone ever tested the DB reduction on the Mk9? I have only heard it has a great low tone sound to it and being a older design I wonder how it compares to some of the newer 9mm models out there from ACC,Gemtech, and SWR. I read on a few forums where several guys a...

Re: what can do you run on your blk out
I was wondering how my current Gemtech Raptor can is going to sound on the 300blk bolt gun I just ordered. I ordered the 3 lug adapter and subsonic ammo it should all be here by this weekend I hope. If it sounds pretty good I may not even order a new 30cal suppressor but if it doesn't I am ordering ...

Re: 300 AAC
Thanks for the video looks like we have matching rem 300blk rifles . Have you tried your 9mm can wet with the 300 bolt gun? I know firing my Raptor wet on a 38sp lever action is very very quiet.

Re: 300 AAC
I have mainly been looking at the AAC cyclone, cyclone-k, SDN-6 and gem-tech sandstorm models. These all look pretty nice I think the cyclone Would be the quietest but also the biggest/heaviest of the models listed.

300 AAC
Ok I started out buying a 9mm TC barrel for my gem tech Raptor suppressor and ended up with a brand new 300 AAC bolt gun  . Now thats it's happened I geared up with the adapters I need to attach the Raptor to the 300 rifle for subsonic shooting for the time being. Depending on the sound reduc...

Re: 300 whisper vs 9mm
Thanks for the info from what I read it appears the 9mm will be a alittle quieter than the 300 whisper but you gain the extra power with the bigger 200gr ++ bullet the whisper throws down range.

300 whisper vs 9mm
I was looking at am ordering a 16.5" custom TC barrel in 9mm for use with a Raptor 9mm can for a super quiet closed breech rifle system. I called today and they said the already have instock a 300 whisper barrel meeting my specs and that should work fine using subsonic only loads through my 9mm...

Rimfire suppressor repair
I thought the day would never come but I believe my old AAC stainless Scarb performance is going down hill after many, many, many years of shooting. Is there anyway I can clean out the build up in this suppressor? I have tried many tricks posted over the years but I think time/volume of shooting is ju...

Thanks
Thanks for the tip Doug. I found a nice quiet load using Sierra TournamentMaster 220gr bullets and Unique at 980 to 1000 FPS. This load is shooting very good groups and hits very hard. I have some speer 240gr golddot bonded Soft points I will try with some of the N320 but I think thats about as heav...

barrel length
The overall rifle is 36" long and the barrel/suppressor is 20" overall. Skunk you are right on the barrel twist which is the reason I say stay under 250gr bullets with this rifle. 200gr to 250gr bullets that I have shot so far seem to have good accuracy and they hit hard. I am really surpi...

price
It took about 6 months start to finish to my door. That inclued sending the whole rifle in and Doug building the rifle with both transfers. I think it was like $600 for the build. On the 50S&W I almost did that myself I had the rifle already but after talking to Doug I felt like the 44 would be ...

44mag
Well I mounted a 6x18 scope on the H&R for accuracy testing this morning and did some bench shooting before it got to hot this afternoon. I realized after testing several factory 44sp loads and 3 different 44mag handloads I worked up that the key to this rifle is bullets from 200 to 250grs. The ...
