Adapter

Is there anyone out there that makes an adapter to take a .578x28 silencer and mount it on a 1/2x28 threaded barrel?

Got mine back today. I'm not surprised that it's about the same time as 1911's because they did a large batch threading one day (I just happened to call that day to see the status) and they ran out of thread protectors(found this out the second time I called. Pros:Will be covered by AAC warranty. Th...

I have a similar situation. I sent mine in to them mid August and they supposedly had it threaded they were just waiting on a thread protector to ship it(called at the end of September). So far it looks like I may see my first can before I have anything to attach it to.

Storing an NFA firearm

Is it okay to store an NFA firearm at a place you rent/own that is not your permanent address if it is properly secured from unauthorized persons?

So I've ordered the AAC Evo-9 through the class3weapons.com and I have a Taurus PT92. AAC's site says they guarantee work by Noveske Rifle Works for threading, should I mail them my stock barrel?

I've heard of it

I remember reading somewhere that they used an actual jacket on some .22lr in WW2 to comply with Geneva conventions, but it could have been total BS and I don't remember where I read it. If you're feeling suicidal you could always try to pull the bullets from .22 mag that's 40gr and try to seat that...

Will I need a spacer for using the Evo with a 92, or an AR?

I forgot to mention that I'd like an AR upper similar to the Talon, is that possible with an Evo for a reasonable cost?
From what I've seen around, almost no one is unhappy with the Evo9's which means I'm leaning towards that.

Should I get an Evo?

I am thinking about getting an Evo 9 for my first buy. I am looking to put on a Taurus PT92 or Beretta 92, and I want to also use it for an AR 9mm pistol platform. I've seen the numbers here and they seem to suggest that I get the Evo because it works well dry and wet. However at least for the time ...

The "piston ammo"

If you look around the russians did several revisions on the cases that contained the explosion.
As for suppressing the revolvers look for something that closes the gap as you pull the trigger, they do exist.
