Don't make the threads so corse, more like 32 tpi.
Other then that as well as a little larger expansion camber and I'd say is a good design for .223

I'd take a G17, 19, 22, or 23.

I'm curious, why build off a G22 instead of a G17 or 34? The barrel locking block in the frame is beefier in the g22, every little bit helps when you pushing 125's out at 1330 fps. I wouldn't use a 35/34 for a few reasons one being the taper on the front of the slide, no good way to fit the comp. A...

I appreciate everyone's input. Is the consensus that the titanium blast plate will or will not hold up? Again, this will be fired on a precision bolt gun, never semi or full. I would say Ti will be fine for your blast baffle on a bolt gun. The grade 5 Ti muzzle brake and blast baffle in my .50 bmg ...

Yes, just a CT thing. We can buy any pre-ban AR-15 except for Colt's because they are specifically named on the list of no-go guns with evil features like threaded barrels and flash suppressors, which technically silencers are.

I think a can is also considered a flash hider so that would also be a no go in CT. I think your best bet is to get a pre ban lower to be safe. Just my opinion though.

Assuming 9mm, ISMI 13lb spring is as light as you want to go. I don't know if it will function without a booster, but it's worth a shot.
