I also wish it did not "disable" the FA. If the FA truly was not needed it would have been phased out by now. I use mine when it needs to be used, which is not a lot, but it does get used.

I don't have the CMMG version, however, I do have the version it cloned; the Ceiner kit. I use the conversion bolt in all my AR platforms (3) and it cycles Remington and CCI subsonics without a problem. It might help to polish the contact surfaces of the bolt and make sure it is well lubricated.

I don't think any thing commercially available will paint that "rubber" compound. You will have to frequently touch up with anything available

About to send in my first Form 1 for SBR, is the Form 1 and payment the only thing you send in (besides payment of course)? No citizen ship form?
If it is done with a trust do I send in the trust paperwork like a Form 4? Does anyone have a link to a filled out Form 1 example?

I am about to do my first SBR as well. Going to SBR my Professional Ordnance (Pre-Bushmaster) CARbon 15 pistol.
So... .003' inch deep. If it is a RLT, the manufacturer is the name of the Trust, no abbreviations. Is this correct?
Is there a link to a completed form 1 for SBR somewhere?

There was another model that folks were able to make a Form 1 can out of because the barrel "shroud" had a threaded end cap and was not a "solid" piece.

What would you compare the can to?
