Thanks for the reply, the reason I was limited to that size is because I do not have access to machine shop equipment and the parts that I have were plumbing parts that were given to me with a 1/2x28 threaded end, a light bulb went off in my head and I thought I could design a can around what I had....

3/4'' ID 6'' length .22 form 1 can
I am purchasing a Tac 65 on from 4 and am brainstorming for my first form 1 can. What I do know is that the inner diameter of the can is 3/4 '' and 6 '' in length. It will be for .22 LR and those dimensions are a given. From my research here I am thinking about "wipes" using the poly rods from Mcmas...
