I have two forms that say suppressor and two forms that say silencer, all got approved with no delay. I bet they don't even care. My dealer just copies straight from the F3 two the F4 and. In AL the 4473 is filled out but no NICS call is made. If its an Individual transfer it skips it. But trust or LLC require a NICS check according to the law.
