Re: Liberty Infiniti Baffle Strike
There is a shoulder difference between the EFK and Lone Wolf (LW) barrels, the outside diameter of the EFK is 0.500 inch and the LW is 0.569 inch. Threads on both are the same. Thus the piston of the Infiniti and the Osprey both thread until the barrel tip touches the non-thread inside of the pisto...

Re: Liberty Infiniti Baffle Strike
There is almost no torque shoulder on the EFK firedragon barrel for the FNS barrel. You need to have liberty make you piston that shoulders at the muzzle. I had the same issue with a mystic and the EFK barrel for my FNX

Re: Which Liberty Mystic parts can be ultrasonic cleaned?
Well I don't exactly subscribe to the notion of cleaning suppressors often, but after shooting them wet today I felt it was necessary. I haven't had my Mystic for more than a month but I've run it through 9mm (semi & full) as well as a lot of .223 so I figured this was a good opportunity to give it...

Re: Which Liberty Mystic parts can be ultrasonic cleaned?
The locking ring is all stainless, and can be put in the Ultra sonic cleaner. It shouldn't need to much cleaning. Mine has seen a lot of full auto fire and I have never really had to clean the locking ring.marcus99 wrote:Yep thats what I think too. Just wondering about the lock ring.

Re: Which Liberty Mystic parts can be ultrasonic cleaned?
I'd call Liberty but I figure that they're closed for the labor day weekend. I'm planning to shoot my Mystic wet this weekend and would like to give it a good cleaning afterwards. I know the core and piston can go in the ultrasonic cleaner, but what about the spring and tube lock ring? I know the t...

Re: Walther P22 barrel wrench needed
To get the threaded adapter snugged up requires a special barrel wrench. When I bought my pistol, it didn't have the wrench. I got the existing barrel extension off with a leather strap and channel locks. Still scratched it a bit. I don't want to bugger up my new threaded adapter. I looked on Brown...

Re: New MG
Hi folks. I have a FNC and Vector Uzi and am looking to add another (don't tell the wife!). What do you think of a Reising, a AC556, and a M1 converted? Reliability, ability to get repaired if needed, etc. Can't go for the high dollar guns, just in this price range. What do you people think? Thanks...

Re: Using the osprey with a spring on a non-moving barrel?
Is it ok to Shoot the osprey with a spring on a non-moving barrel? Basically, I went to the range with my Nagant revolver & my glock 27. I had the osprey fitted with the spacer but I forgot that I needed the spring in order to cycle the glock. I was curious if it would be ok to just use the spring ...

Re: Suppressor repair.. Feel like I am getting the runaround
Seems fine. I even checked with an alignment rod and it showed it was fine. Update: After having gone through a different employee that actually listened to what I was saying, the issue is being resolved to my satisfaction. I probably won't go with this brand again as I would dread having to deal w...

How is the torque shoulder on that? I had a baffle strike in my mystic a while back with an FNX 9 and it needed to be shouldered at the muzzle.techspy wrote:Nope. Factory FMJ 114gr non-subsonic rounds on a factory threaded Walther PPX

Work on that stance . It's the result of borrowing a pair of jeans several sizes too large without a belt that you must struggle to keep from falling down while shooting because your regular pairs of jeans are put away for the summer, in the middle of an 80 degree day in July, because you...

Re: Whitehouse.gov petition to remove silencers from the nfa
Ah too funny that anyone thinks a whitehouse.gov petition is "fighting for your rights" All you're doing by making a list like that, a list which WILL fail to get to 100k, is showing how much of a minority you are. They can't get mag limits past because of millions of people protesting those change...

They rate it for full power 300BLK on an 8" barrel. Just take a look at the mystics rating chart.

You shot a full power 7.62x39mm from a 10" barrel out of a 9mm Liberty Mystic? Given that it's got a bore for a .355" projectile, there is certainly more tolerance to accommodate a sloppy mount without a baffle strike than a true .30cal suppressor would have... but I'm just surprised it wit...

Re: Adapt 10/22 integral to H&R Single shot .22LR?
I have an older John's Guns suppressed 10/22 Barrel. It was constructed by the 20" tube press fit onto a 16" standard 10/22barrel. I was wondering on the legality of separating the tube from the 10/22 barrel and using the tube and baffles to integrally suppress an H&R single shot .22 rifle. What mo...

I shot a 42 this past sat . I wish they had made it in 9mm . With that being said it is a locked breech .380 so it should suppress well . Adding a barrel extension ( think wather p22 ) shouldn't be too hard to do . The Nano in the OP's post is a wipe / wet can IIRC . I doubt a walther P22 barrel ad...

I'm pretty sure that's not a gap, just a shadowHandyMan wrote:Did you make the barrel? It doesn't look factory.
I am a bit concerned about that gap between the barrel and the slide at the locking interface. A locked breach pistol shouldn't have relative movement between the barrel and slide until it unlocks.
