You could incorporate an alligator boomstick into a cane with some modifications.

Experience with Magpul SGA Stock?
I am considering the Magpul SGA stock for my 14'' 870. I haven't been able to get my hands on one in any local store to check them out in person. I like the fact that you can remove the spacers to get a short 12'' lop on the stock, which is one of the main reasons I am considering it. However, in pi...

Re: AAC poor customer support
It's going to cost you $60 for the part just about anywhere, I fail to see where AAC is responsible for giving you a part that they no longer make, that you lost. That one's on you, just buy a new tool and 550 cord it to something big so you don't lose it again and be done with it.

That technique was also used in Iraq too, circa 2006. In this particular case the gun was a Tokarev.

Re: mp5sd barrel porting
I wonder how the porting would affect a 115 grain bullet in a standard 8.85'' MP5 barrel? Not enough to bring them down to subsonic velocities?

I look forward to seeing what you guys produce; always glad to see another company forging into the suppressor world. I don't understand the pointless flaming of every new company who steps up to the plate and introduces their product here. Let the facts speak for themselves once legitimate reviews,...

Re: Recommended scope mount and rail for remington 700 5r?
A perfect "one-size fits all" optic for your 5R and AR/SCAR platforms is most likely not going to exist, especially if you plan on using the AR/SCAR platform for close range targets and rapid engagements and the 5R for long range precision shooting. Two different "missions" which really require two ...

Re: Recommended scope mount and rail for remington 700 5r?
I prefer a one piece base, simply because of it's rigidity. Also, I prefer a base with a 20 moa rise, to allow me to engage targets at long distance without having to max out my elevation turret. Badger Ordnance and Nightforce are my favorite bases and rings. A Vortex is a decent entry level optic, ...

Halon kills people too. Displaces oxygen immediately, but is safe for electronics and there is no clean up. That is probably why its not easily available to the common folks. BISHOP I remember when a cherry accidentally popped a flare inside a Stryker on a field exercise. That Halon system hit so h...

whiterussian1974- Your citings are all good, I would have posted pretty well the same thing but I was trying to keep it as simple as possible. There are always exceptions of course, but in OJB4's case, for income tax purposes, his NFA trust is ignored. I would get more into detail but this is my bus...

If it's a revocable living trust, then no.
If it's an irrevocable trust, then yes you will have to file a 1041.

Re: 5.56 SBR barrel length question
To me the main difference between 10.5 to 12 is personal preference. In my usage of both lengths I noticed no significant difference in accuracy at distance. I am most comfortable with and prefer a 10.5'' so that's what I use 99.9% of the time I run an AR. On the other hand, I know some experienced ...

Re: open-carry-interaction-w-police
Never understood open carry. Why show the cards you are holding? Seems like a good way to get shot first then robbed. Name a case where this has ever occurred. There doesn't have to be a documented case to prove the logic behind this. If there is an armed bad guy coming into say a convenience store...
