Re: Latest antigun strategy, animal cruelty lose guns

What is IL's Statute on Cruelty? In TX it's fairly clear cut, and requires EXTREME Abuse or Neglect. a-Horse Tripping b-confined w no water or space to defecate, and no food for SEVERAL days. Like 30. c-setting them on Fire or INITIATING beating them. Like if they are on a short chain and one goes u...

Pretty simply Solution. Plant trees and have a Garden! Look at how the Localized and Regional pollution in China causes MASSIVE vegetative organic growth downwind for 50-85 miles! Then it tapers off. That's the REAL fact. As Poki said: Solar Cycles, reflectivity of our atmosphere and Volcanic Action...

Re: NFA trusts and kids

I didn't read through all of the Answers. My apologies if someone already said this. A Trust has many Constituant Parties. A 10yr can be a Beneficiary of the Trust, simply can't "Purchase" the firearm to add it as an Asset. He CAN however add the firearm Asset that was otherwise legally acquired ( E...

Re: When is A Form 1 Can "Completed" ? WARNING : Contains lots of gray area

When is a suppressor a firearm... I agree that when it becomes a firearm and gets a serial number, it is 'done'. When we form 1 people are required to etch that serial number into our can is not defined to my satisfaction . I plan to mark that serial number once it is 'complete'. Ergo, it is done a...

While I don't disagree w the Premise of your Post, it's actually Medical Staff and not Police who performed the Sexual Battery and Sodomy. And, Elected or Appointed Magistrates that approved the Orders compelling the Collections. While some Cops care nothing for Human Beings or our Freedoms, it is o...

We had the same Issue with Flashlights being substituted as batons in the USA. ONLY when so employed, do they b/c Blunt Trauma Instruments. Because of the "manner of their Use." Not because they "CAN" be used that way. The result, some Agencies now actually teach how to beat Suspects and Witnesses w...

While the atf is on a roll, why not ban any barrel longer than 17"? They do, after all, create an obvious and measurable reduction in the sound a gunshot makes. All pistol barrels have to be less than 3 inches, all rifle barrels 16-17, and all shotgun barrels 18-19. Please don't write the Tech Bran...

Re: OH Bill proposes death penalty for killing a fireman

In TX, "simple murder" is 99 or Life. "Capital Murder" of: multiple people, Elderly over 80, youth under idk (maybe 10yr?), or certain Classes of Gov't Official is "nearly auto" Death Penalty.

We have a pretty good law. It only covers "While in Actual Performance of Duty."

Noise violations in Restricted Areas are a criminal Offense, usually only ticketed. But Livestock owners can sue for startling the animals, which "may result in lowered output." Eggs, milk, offspring, etc.

Just that w that thickness, the 2nd and 3rd baffle will heat quickly unless you use ablative coolant (Li-grease.) I'd make those 2 50% thicker than those that follow. Blast Baffle takes the WORST punishment, but plenty is still left (especially heat) for the next 2 baffles. So slightly thicker for t...

To the Insurance Policy: we ARE bonded through a Liability Ins Corp. And yes, enough problems, no underwriting.
