Re: I F'ed up

This is the response I received to my email before the phone conversation. Annotate the RECORD w/ the information you provided, reference Overall Length: “should be 24" Thank you for you cooperation, and compliance… Can anyone help me decipher that. Does it mean I need to annotate the change or that...

Re: Does your NFA Trust have a Schedule A?

After carefully re-reading my trust it makes no mention of a Shedule A, only an assignment to the trust in which I entrusted a $2 bill. Should be good to go and not have to give out a list of all my nfa items in the future.

Re: I F'ed up

I just got off the horn with NFA and they said to just let the application go thru to approval and then I can send them a letter with the correct length. Thanks for getting me headed in the right direction.

The signature part is on the last section after you submit payment. You must electronically sign as the very last step.

Re: I F'ed up

Does it matter if I efiled it? I'll look for options to contact them. I just submitted it yesterday, so I hope I can get it amended before it goes too far.

I F'ed up

When I submitted my form 1 for an sbr, I put 22" overall length and should have put 24". How much trouble will this potentially cause?

Re: Does your NFA Trust have a Schedule A?

By strict definition, the sole purpose of any Trust is to hold property. If it doesn't hold anything, then it can be legally argued that it's very existence isn't kosher. So when you get a new Trust notarized into existence, it doesn't stop there. You should also be assigning some tangible property...

Re: Does your NFA Trust have a Schedule A?

If your trust has a schedule A. Put all your s--t that was purchased through that trust on the schedule A. Send it with your trust. You don't add the new item to your current trust as the transfer hasn't been approved yet. That is my understanding and how I have been doing my form 4s. I understand ...

Re: Does your NFA Trust have a Schedule A?

For those of you with a Schedule A--what did you have on it for your first application? 1. nothing 2. a non-NFA firearm 3. a dollar bill with the serial number 4. didn't include a Schedule A on your first submission I'm getting ready to efile a form 1 sbr and I'd really appreciate your feedback. Re: Good online dealers for SilencerCo cans?

I too will give the nod to Quiet Riot Firearms. They had the lowest price on the can I was looking for and the muzzle devices I needed were $20 cheaper than anywhere else I found them plus free shipping on the mounts.

I found them for $76 a piece at Quiet Riot Firearms with free shipping as well. Got everything I needed for 3 rifles for $228. Saved almost $60, but I really appreciate your suggestion.

ISO Griffin Armament Taper Mounts

I'm looking for some GA taper mounts for a Recce 7. Anyone have any they want to part with or a good source for buying them? I'm looking for two in 1/2x28 and one in 5/8x24. Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: Recce 5 vs Recce 7 on 5.56

This is good to hear as I just ordered the 7 to pull duty on my ARs in 556 and 300 Blackout and limited time on a bolt action 7.62. Anything further you can add about the 7?

Re: Omega vs. Recce 7

For those of you with the Recce...how does the taper mount work. Does it remain solidly attached with an extended string of fire? It appears much like a direct thread with less threading. And where have you found the best price on their taper mount muzzle devices?

Price, suppression, weight, size, warranty. I'd say in that order. I can get the Recce for about $200 less than the Omega.

Omega vs. Recce 7

Ok folks....I believe I've got my first can narrowed down to these two. I intend to use it primarily on multiple ARs in 556 and 300 BO and occasionally on bolt-action 308 for hunting. Does anyone have firsthand experience with both of them that might help me determine which I get. Thanks in advance....

WTB YHM brakes/flash hiders

I'm looking for 4-5 brakes for my ARs and one for a 308. Anybody have some they're looking to part with or a good source to buy multiple brakes. Need to be YHM or YHM compatible for their QD cans. Thanks in advance.
