Re: 22 LR top end for an M16??

I've got a cmmg stainless kit and I use the auto trip and bounce weight Ciener parts out of
a kit I have for full auto.
Looks like the auto trip sells for $25 and the weight sells for $25 from Ciener

The Levang Linear Compensator looks like a brick and it's inexpensive, like $35.
The KX3 looks awesome and it's expensive.

Re: Critique my 22LR design Updated 7-18-2012

Another possibility is to make a threaded ring that fits inside at the front end , that ring you can tighten to take away any play ,, then the endcap isnt holding anything that way some of the top dogs have done it In the M10 Sonic's type suppressor, they called it an "escapulator". Without it, the...

If it's the barrel nut.
Buy another, put in a lathe and increase the bore hole to fit over your threads......repaint black.

I really like the tennis racket cases.
But a fat guy carrying anything athletic may be suspicious too.
If its staying put in the trunk, the tool box method is the way too go.

Re: Suppressor alignment on SCAR 17 Heavy

When I want to confirm alignment and make sure things are good to go. I mount the suppressor to a pulled barrel and eyeball from the chamber end (or through the upper receiver) and make sure the barrel's bore and the suppressor endcap's circular patterns are not mis-aligned and look even. It's not r...

I see a total ass government bureaucracy as it always has been never changing. Where as in the private sector.....things moved fast and efficiently to make a ...

Ammo would be the least worry (if any) in the chain that would cause a baffle strike.
Barrel threaded concentric to the bore?
Quality muzzle adapter to mount the suppressor?
Suppressor a factory can or home made form#1?
My uppers are 1/7 or 1/9 and I mix M193 (55gr) and M855 (62gr) all the time.

Enfield......
Is gas diverted back over the barrel?....if so, how did you "port" your hidden "threaded part" within the barrel.
Or is it just over the barrel for support?
Also looks like the mouse holes in the K baffles are larger than they need to be....imo.

Re: 158gr a no no out of pistols?

Looks like the can failed at the threads. so In my mind, something was wrong with the thread depth. Blame it on the ammo.....interesting. I've shot a lot of IMI UZI 158gr "blue tip" through my suppressed handguns with no problems. No Fiocchi 158gr. We will have to follow this one and see what Gemtec...

Re: Can I register my ar15 lower receiver as SBR w/o 11.5"u

You may use that lower with a 16" upper until your paperwork approves.
Change your Buffer to an heavier H2 if you have problems.
You can use conversions with your new 5.56 SBR lower.
Pretty sure you have to use 6.8 mags for reliable feeding.

however I believe that most never clean them  . I'm sure my 22lr suppressor would be totally caked solid by 5000 rounds. Re: Thoughts on adhesive for 22 suppresors

I would have a hard time cleaning a 22lr can if both ends didn't come off.
Sometimes I have to tap out the baffles with a wood dowel after too many rounds.
If you are set on securing the mount end, try JB Weld or you could side drill it and pin it.
