I have gotten back 5 form 4's and 2 form 1's from early to mid-September. All between 90-95 days. I also have a few paper forms pushing 9+ months. It almost makes sense to withdraw the paper forms and do them online.. I would have done just that in September had I been clairvoyant enough to see this...
