You Know.... I am not very bright..... I was ready to give up in this idea..... When You guys posted the pic of the SBX.... I did not realize that it was built for the purpose of using a suppressor, without the need to tack an additional 6 inches on in OAL! If ATF says this is O.K...... and I can no...

Hey Garret, To be honest I never did compare the Trident 9 to the CAC 9 side by side.... I guess it is something I am just going to have to do! I did try it next to a friends mossad and there was a big difference.... But he had handloaded 147's and I think I was using 115's so it wasn't much of a te...

Hey Garret, Neat set up! Did you SBR your 10/22 or did you get the barrel milled down so that it fits inside the baffels? The GSG's skinny barrel Almost slides inside the baffels of my can...... (Man, I don't like how that sounded!) :? I would like to not have to SBR my GSG but if I did.... it would...

What to do with a CAC 9???
Hey Guys, Is there any good way to upgrade a CAC 9? (I am thinking for better performance). Elite Iron was able to do a great job fixing up my Tac-65....new baffles and endcap, but I got my trident 9 in.... so the CAC 9 doesn't get as much love as it used too.... I am also thinking that if I could f...

Isn't what he is suggesting very similar to the tactical solutions barrel? http://www.tacticalsol.com/store/pc/catalog/SBX-02_L.jpg As long as the barrel shroud is permanently attached he should be good to go? Yup, pretty much like I have in mind.... with the exception that the inside of the fake c...

Dale from elite Iron, just rebuilt my Tac-65 with his S.S. baffles and did an outstanding job... even corrected the crummy aluminum endcap! He is a hell'ofa nice guy who has "been there, and done that...", I think you would be well served giving him a call.... When I can scrape up enough c...

P1-k Project from Tornado Tech..... Is here!!!!!
Hey Guys, Does the term.... "worth the wait" come to mind.....YES, AND THEN SOME! Mike cut the monolithic barrel I found for My Walther P-1 to just forward of the slide,, threaded it to 1/2 x 28 and moved the front sight to the slide bridge (For a very reasonable price!). I sent this in to...

Just over six monthsfor my P-1 to P-1K..... (Short barreled P-38), I don't mind waiting, (More involved then just a barrel threading... also got to move the front sight to the slide bridge.!), but it would be nice to be kept in the loop! Mike did say that he was waiting to do several at once.... but...

Hey Guys, I friend of mine works for Boretech, and introduced me to a new product, (I have used their "eliminator", for years and swear by it!) I asked him if he had anything that would work on the gunk in a .22 can he hooked me up with "C-4 Carbon Remover".... so far I tossed my...

Hey Jim, I sure find it interesting! Where did you get your 151. gr. bullets? What velocity are you getting out of your load? Seeing how much ammo has gone up, and how hard sub sonics have been to get, I may start rolling my own on my Dillon 550. I have a F/A/Vector Uzi and a trident 9.... (which I ...
