Just over six monthsfor my P-1 to P-1K..... (Short barreled P-38), I don't mind waiting, (More involved then just a barrel threading... also got to move the front sight to the slide bridge.!), but it would be nice to be kept in the loop! Mike did say that he was waiting to do several at once.... but...

I have used it on mine with no ill effects..... I checked the bottle ... no warning given..... Might be worth a call just to be safe!

I got a couple of these barrel nuts from this gent.... no special wrench needed just an allen wrench.... to my mind it was money well spent!
(P.S. I don't know I him.... just bought his adapter.... no complaints!)
