Re: SHOT Show Coverage Thread
Change my mind on the part about had to clean the muzzle/crown. It's way easier than trying to clean a can with a fixed tube like the Thompson machine intergral where the core removes but the muzzle is just floating in there by itself, 6" or so in a hole. I forsee this design being copied by j...

Re: SHOT Show Coverage Thread
Not really. If you turn the core upside down...the baffles point the other way... The design gets you everything. It fixes most things that are wrong with integrals. 16" oal monocore ported barrel access to muzzle crown for proper cleaning. light weight That's a very sparrow like core. I mean, ...

Re: Texas continues to lead the way in gun silencer sales
It's sorta funny... with the amount of CNC equipment the bigger silencer companies run, and the videos and pictures of huge bins full of silencer parts, you get the impression that they're shipping by the hundreds every day. The truth is that even AAC or Gemtech are probably lucky to sell 2-3,000 p...

I have a Trident9 but I'm already seeing baffle erosion and only have under 300 rds through it which is kind of disappointing. I understand that's probably normal for aluminum baffles. What ammo are you using? It is not normal,I spoke with Henry and he has thousands upon thousands of rounds on Trid...

I have been trying to get a grasp on this on in the Ammo forum. Normally I try to avoid the fads, but I think I know have a grip on its operational concept. I want to give this a try. Where is the best place to get started I have plenty of good kit to work with. I would prefer a complete upper and ...

All of the above, but.........you all must know something about future availability and ammo cost that I don't. If there is good reliable home defense ammo that will expand and penetrate adequately from the velocity from a suppressed SBR, the it will replace my 6.8 12.5" as a home defense carb...

Maybe it works, but it seems goofy. I have my doubts. An easy test to prove the theory would be to build two silencers exactly the same...except for square and round bores. Hmmm ... If only there were someone in a position to create two cans exactly the same except for the square bores. Mayb...
