D cell Maglites. They are way thicker/stronger than needed for 9mm though, so you can remove about half the material from inside or outside.

I turn Ti dry, no coolant. Most of that is done with carbide tooling, with some HSS used for special shapes.

No angles. AR15 gas ports, ported parrels, etc. It really doesn't matter if the ports are in grooves or lands, or in between. Gas cutting doesn't show up as leading in the barrel at first, until it's really bad. Accuracy suffers long before leading shows up in the barrel, with powder coated bullets ...
