Re: Loose tirant baffles
Roger. Some wouldn't click together before either though. The anodizing seemed ok, but the only reason I had to use the pins this time was because I used it as .22 lr suppressor for a few times last year. Probably less than 800 rounds. I have a Ss sparrow now and a liberty mystic, so only .45 throug...

Re: Loose tirant baffles
Probably, I just cleaned them up in a tumbler with stainless steel pins, lemshine and dawn. The gold ones still click though.

Loose tirant baffles
I've had a user serviceable tirant 45 for a year now and it works great. But I do have one quirk, I can not get the black baffles to click together anymore. Am I doing something wrong or is this common?

Re: Looking to pick up first hosts for 45
Glock 30's suppress we'll with the tirant 45, I have two of them and a 21sf, and the tirant works well on all of them. Not so much on my compact 1911

Re: Extra booster assemblies?
It is legal to own extra pistons, but not the springs or rear caps, as those are silencer parts. Thats why noone sells springs or rear caps but they do the thread adapters(pistons) Then how was I able to buy two different whole boosters (booster, spring housing and cap 1/2x28 and 13.5 lh) for my li...

.458 SOCOM though 45Osprey makes an Osprey as round as a Tirant pretty quick. 5.56 through 22Sparrow, 10 rds 16" , 10 rnds 10.5" and 10 rnds 7.5" ....Stack let go at some point midway (mid stack), nothing violent or catastrophic as I had hoped. Stack was broke, outer tube was ringed....

Re: Destructive tests
I was thinking the manufacturers would give it a try. Kudos to liberty for having the balls to do it to a mystic! I'd really like to see a sparrow Ss on 5.56!

Dealer goes out of business
I know there was a thread here before regarding this but couldn't find it. What happens if your dealer goes out of business and he has your cans while there is a form 4 waiting to be approved?

Why is it impossible to find a breakout in 5/8x24 (standard .308 thread)?

762sd on a mosin nagant 91/30
Will a 762sd be safe on a mosin nagant? The bullets for MN are .311, would it be safe to shoot through a 51t 762sd on an 18" MN barrel?

Re: Is Tornado Technologies out of business?
Thanks bender, Thats what I'm hoping for, that they are getting caught up and will be back to a reasonable amount of time when they start back up again, which I was told will be about a month from now. I was t doubting that there were people who they took a full year on, just looking to see if they ...

Re: Is Tornado Technologies out of business?
The reason I went with TT for the 4 guns I sent them was they were the only ones who I found would take them (mossberg plinkster, marlin 60, Winchester 70 and an m1 carbine) with the barrel still in the reciever. I don't have the skill tools or time to remove them. Is it really a full year or is tha...
