I would like to add or attach a foregrip to a handgun that was a rail system around the barrel.
I see where a NFA manuafacturer can do it and transfer it to me for ATF cost of $5.00, but how much does it cost that manufacturer to submit the form?

Or do it myself on a form 4 for $200.00.

I have gotten a trust completed and would like to transfer
the existing NFA stuff into the trust, I know it is another $200.00 per item
and that is about all I know.
