Re: Im 19 and want a suppresor
Good luck finding a titan for sale on a individual form 4 then you have to pay two taxes too. Your first plan using the trust will work make you and your dad trustees and your dad the grantor. Let your dad do the paperwork so there is no question about the legality. What two taxes? Form 4 transfer ...

Re: Help with correct NFA forms for an SBR!
First off, I greatly appreciate all of the speedy replies. I’ve always heard something to the similar Whisper, that if you have an SBR registered as 10.5” and put a shorter barrel on it you are breaking the law . Also is there anything different I should do in the box for caliber since it could pot...

Re: Can I leave a pistol with a holster maker without paperw
Most holster makers have either an assortment of red or blue trainers or aluminium mold guns to make a holster from. I would be weary of my finish if he was going to wet mold a leater holster from any of my guns. If we are talking kydex, please ignore my comment. Good luck. wea·ry [weer-ee] adje...

Re: Taxing a Fundamental Right?
yes So when are we gonna see a $200 tax to vote? I have a hard time deciding if that would be a good or bad thing. :? 24th Amendment took care of that. TWENTY-FOURTH AMENDMENT SECTION1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice Preside...

Re: .44 Magnum Rifle Questions?
Only one problem with the SRT setup, it's sealed. Elite Iron makes a take apart unit with the fast twist Douglas barrell, so if you are casting your own .44 mag bullets, that'd be the way to go IMO. S & H Suppressors also makes a suppressed 77/44 designed for a user to disassemble to clean. htt...

Speaking as a LEO if you have a gun and do not tell me about it, it can be a very bad day for everyone, but if you tell me about it most of the time that is a large step in you favor, you just need to not flunk the attitude test. If you do that it will just about take God himself to get you off wit...

Dweezil -- you make a great point about a lever action. But looking at lever-actions chambered in 357 mag, they all seem to have tube magazines that go all the way to the muzzle. That wouldn't be so easy to thread, would it? I've seen them with the tube cut back a little, and with the tie-in to the...

Dealer to Dealer is no tax. Individuals cannot transfer across state lines so, first person pays $200 to local in-state dealer, dealer to dealer tranfer is tax free and gets it across state lines, local dealer in new state to second person is another $200. I live in Arizona so, if I sold my NFA ite...
