My thought here is weld the back thread the front. the hole on the back side will be large enough you can fashion some sort of push tube to fit through and push everything out the front. Unless of course the dilemma is welding Ti than ill shut up and say looks good to me :D

do a little more research cleaning isn't exactly necessary on centerfire cans the powder burns a lot better thus not leaving it in your can. a common method of cleaning a centerfire suppressor is to do a mag dump or fire multiple shots fast. Why do you want the barrel with brake @ 16"? you coul...

I'm no expert but my guess would be any report caused by material choice would be negligible. Weight/strength is diffrent story.

I have done it two ways when not having a mill. One with a drill press using a rotary table have the part in the center with end mill in the bore than turn rotary table enough to make your mouse hole. That way leaves a crescent shape but when you haven't another option... Second way and easier than ...

I understand your desire to compare to see what's better. But it was explained to me a long time ago like this. If companies such as AAC and others have thousands tied up in design and testing and their best 22 can is a K baffle it must mean something.
