Re: Destructive tests
.458 SOCOM though 45Osprey makes an Osprey as round as a Tirant pretty quick.
5.56 through 22Sparrow, 10 rds 16" , 10 rnds 10.5" and 10 rnds 7.5" ....Stack let go at some point midway (mid stack), nothing violent or catastrophic as I had hoped. Stack was broke, outer tube was ringed.

All in the works. Features set and basic appearence have not changed. It did get slightly shorter (5.6" without any mount) and slightly lighter. Slight mod to Hoplon baffle. Right now I am happy some forms are finally going. The beauty of the Saker is all the different combos that will affect w...

Re: 9mm 147g not cycling with Osprey 45; recoil spring?
One more thing... The Osprey is new. The booster spring is new and will wear in a bit. So, as you shoot that Osprey more, it may work better on the 9mm. I've had good success with Winchester 147's (Everything from the white box 50 round flat nose to the JHP's, to Ranger-T's) and Georgia Arm's Canne...

Re: any body using there 9mm on a 300 blk
SUBSONIC ONLY. it will work fine. The volume of gas and muzzle pressure with subs is totaly acceptable with a 9mm can. I have machine gunned 300 blk with subs on many pistol cans with no trouble.

The latest propaganda is late Oct / Nov for the first shipments to wholesalers. Parts are beginning to move now, so I might actually think we are getting close. Sorry for the delays, we want this product as close to perfect as we can make it.

That's what I wanted to hear, Gary! So, how much truth to the FRP with the Sparrow? Spectre II? Which has less per your tests?? There is FRP with Sparrow, its exactly the same as old sparrow, but the subsequent shots are so quiet that it seems louder. So no, its not worse and totally liveable. Not ...

In rimfire almost unnoticable, so minimal to none...in Centerfire 5.7, more so.Loaded wrote:I don't really care about backpressure & fouling..................I'm concerned about blowback into my face when using either of these cans on a pistol..........So, none at all, or minimal????

That meter is barely a step above the Red Jacket method of using the Hello Kitty Mr. Microphone for testing. It is nowhere near fast enough to do what you are seeking. Re: Opinion on .22 Can?
Spectre II and Sparrow will increase backpressure and fouling. Most any suppressor will do so.
The benefit usually far outweigh the disadvantages.
