Next question....How much smaller is the hole in the wipe as opposed to the baffles?

I was thinking of putting this in my .45 can. Where do you get the urethane?I would use a 85 or 90 graded urethane

I concur...I have no milling capability.If this is the hard part, then you can buy it. The rest can be easily purchased or turned on a lathe.

I am working on a .308 can now that is close to your specs and I'm using 6 omega baffles. But mine is a reflex can. I don't know if that will make a difference from yours as far as baffle selection...
