Re: 2012 at SHOT from AAC so far
I just posted in another thread but wanted to put my question in this one as well. Is the SR7 that much different than the 762-SDN-6? Sorry I'm sure the question has already been asked and answered but this topic has way too many pages to go through. From what I've been reading the old mounting sys...

Congratulations...I am in the same place you are...mine was purchased in November. I have been reading this board a lot, and asking a lot of questions.

I'm waiting on the form 1 to get the extension off, and then I have a guy waiting to thread it. I know it will work...I just wondered if anyone had done it...

Re: Ruger 22/45 Threaded
I have shot the crap out of my 22/45...it has the black replaceable grips with the sights...not the rails. I have a tough time putting it down...they are so fun to shoot. I shot mine with my TiRant 45 the other day and I swear I could have put 10 rounds through the same hole with it...no muzzle flip...

agreed....
I have heard there is a lot of blowback making it not very fun to shoot.

Re: What diameter suppressor will the stock USP SD sights cl
I don't want to give you a for sure...but I'm pretty sure that they are the same ones that are on the USP 45 Tac...which are huge. They can clear my TiRant 45 no problem. If you want a "for sure" answer post on HKPRO.com.

I shot my AAC TiRant the other day for the first time...I don't want to shoot unsuppressed again. Buy AAC with confidence. I have heard nothing bad about the Osprey too...It's just ugly as sin imo.

I've shot both...but it was between a book shelf and a wall...into a bullet bunker of course. I could have probably survived without hearing protection but I'm sure it would have been A LOT better outdoors.

They do...but I don't think they make the cutout one allowing for the switchblock to the public...and IMO without the Noveske changes to they they look god awful

"Only shoots .4 MOA" lol outstanding. Beautiful rifle...how to they get the oversized bolt knob? Mill down the original, thread it and screw on a new one? Or is it welded?

VERY good price...Did you play with the 6 or 12 inch version? I have seen both at a local shop that gets them built for them by C3 defense...I would love to see numbers.

Re: urx rail and noveske switchblock
Thanks Ryo:
Yea..I'm kind of dissapointed but oh well. I wish I could buy a rail from Noveske...I'm almost to the point of buying one of their complete uppers and taking off the upper and selling it.

Re: Cyclone on .223
I really wanted to focus on the "quietest" option...but if nothing is really hearing safe then it's kind of a crap shoot. I have heard that there is little to no POI change with the cyclone...so maybe that will help my decision too.

urx rail and noveske switchblock
So I would like to do a 11.5 inch noveske bbl with a mid length urx ii rail...when I was going to do it just with a lo pro gas block I was pretty sure it wouldn't be a problem...now I am very interested in a switchblock...and maybe going to a length that I don't have to wait another 5 months for a s...

Re: Best all around rimfire suppressor for my hosts?
Just took my SS 22Sparrow out for some shooting today. Put 300 rounds through it and had lots of ooo's and aaah's at the range. I think you'd be served well with any of the top 22lr suppressors out there. As another poster said, you can't go wrong with the Spectre or Sparrow. Both are built to last...

Re: Cyclone on .223
As I am a weekend warrior and not an professional, I was considering going with the cyclone because of its lower numbers...putting threaded things on my bbl keeps me coming back. I like the quick attach system, but I don't have a practical use for it...but most bbl's on .223 aren't coming in 5/8 x 1...
