Re: Lee crimp die
ww 147 gr ball has a cannelure, no reason not to use it if you're loading that bullet (or others that have a cannelure for crimping). 168gr bthp does not, so I leave it with neck tension alone. crimping might impact a round's accuracy, but i'm not shooting at distances (or likely with enough skill) ...

is that H4198 or IMR? I've not used either, so not sure if they are interchangeable in this (or any) circumstance.silencertalk wrote:4198 still does not meter all that well for me.

Did somesome release the DB #'s of the Surefire can to prove that this new design is so efficient? Just found that's 113db on a P22 for the Surefire SS. http://nfatalk.org/forum/showpost.php?p=32614&postcount=30 that's very impressive performance. has anyone seen any testing or reviews conducte...

Re: Anyone know about the Century C93
my experience with my century 91 wasn't quite so poor, but i'd agree it delivered what I would expect from CIA. not grossly innacurate, it delivered 4-5" inches at 100 yards with surplus ball. destroyed the brass, beat the hell out of my shoulder, and while functional, was poorly finished, roug...

Re: Going bravely forth.....300BLK AK
If it doesnt work, it probably wasnt done right. I Know its possible, but I dont know how much tinkering it takes to accomplish it. I'm building a Sig 552 in 300 BLK. keen to see how this turns out, pls let us know. Was thinking that a 556 in 300 blackout might be an interesting combo - you could r...

Re: 300 BLACKOUT case gauge?
Sorry, Since we are running at full capacity to get caught up on barrels that we have way over shot our lead time on (That would be my fault, I am the worst in the industry at guessing, er, I mean calculating lead times) we wont be able to make them anymore. However, since I know there are about a ...

Re: 300 BLACKOUT case gauge?
Aaron - can you advise if you all are still going to manufacture these? I'd certainly purchase one if you have them for sale.

Re: 300 BLACKOUT case gauge?
Thank you for the update, looking forward to using these. can you tell us if the case gauge will have a step at the cartridge head end indicating minimum and maximum headspace (i.e. a go gauge will sit flush with bottom step and a no-gauge will sit above the top step)?
Thanks, jared

Re: 300 BLACKOUT case gauge?
We made a run of about 20 for $15 shipped, and will probably do it again soon, as those lasted almost a day. i'll take one as well once you run the next batch. do you all cut a shallow trough at the top (i.e. cartridge headstamp end) like l.e. wilson gauges to indicate min/max headspace, or is it j...
