Most knife laws are up to the states. You can own auto (switch blades) in most all states, you just can't carry them. Same with butterfly knives. Leagle to own, just not carry. The move by Customs could have very big effects on ALL knives. Like someone said, it's about the Interstate Commerse thing....

So just to clarify, it is definitely bad practice to put the silencer in the trust before it is approved? Even if you have all the information / serial # on it.
